We are so happy that we trusted Leave Timeshare to help us get rid of our timeshare. The process took some time but thanks to Leave Timeshare we no longer have to worry! We are finally free of our timeshare.

I was highly satisfied with the representation by the leave time share . I received updated details from the law firm appointed to represent me they did a wonderful clearing me from contracts which was lie and and though I paid off three separate time shares for around ****** dollars and then got nothing but expensive maintenance fees unfordable and not worth the cost. I contacted leave timeshare from online and they assured me they could help and they did. Only regret I bought the timeshare over a 4 year period and only used it a few times. Now Im out a lot of money but thankfully it wont haunt my children and grandchildren anymore. Thank you so much ****** for your hard work.Leave Timeshare

I am so pleased with the time and commitment everyone gave to us and although it took longer than anticipated we are now free of our timeshare. All of our calls and emails were immediately answered and everyone was professional and knowledgeable. I was very stressed out by my timeshare fees until I found Sterling. They walked me through every step of the process, and I couldn't believe how quickly they helped me get out of my timeshare. After reading many online reviews of companies that help you exit timeshares we were very skeptical. However, Leave Timeshare has helped us successfully exit our Hilton timeshare. As some others have pointed out in their reviews, we also went through several different representatives on our case over the last year or two. However, most were very accessible via email or voicemail. We appreciate the guidance and advice they gave us. We are so happy to be out of the timeshare contract. I contacted Leave Timeshare in Feb 2024. I was assigned a representative to help me named ******. She did give me guidelines for the letter to *********. After sending her copies of all the contracts and communications with ********* she informed me that she was leaving the company on 19 April 2024. She told me in her email that her supervisor **** ********** would assign a new representative and that in the meantime I was to keep ****, the *************** Director, informed. I emailed **** several times with updates from ********* and requests for information on my new representative. **** never did send me information (name, contact information) for another representative. On 1 July 2024 I contacted **** ********** to inform her that I had resolved my dispute with Worldmark and that we had come to a private resolution. Leave Timeshare did nothing for me that I am aware of between 19 April 2024 and 1 July 2024. On 1 July 2024 I asked **** ********** for an itemized final bill from the company as I no longer required their services and was Very disappointed in the little they did provide. As no legal action was taken I should not be charged any legal fees. I had been told in the beginning that I would need to pay legal fees IF a suit was filed in my name. As I was never informed of a suit being filed I am unaware of Any legal action taken on my behalf. I am still waiting for a letter from Leave Timeshare acknowledging the termination of our association.Leave Timeshare

We are proud of the results we achieved on your behalf, and it is important to set the record straight regarding the services provided and the outcome of your ******* be clear, your timeshare obligations were resolved successfully and entirely through the guidance and expertise of our team. This resolution was achieved without the need for costly legal intervention, saving you both time and expense. Your claim that we did nothing is not only inaccurate but also dismissive of the substantial efforts we undertook to ensure your timeshare exit was finalized.The financing agreement you entered into with a third-party lender to cover the cost of services is separate from the work we performed. Refusing to honor that agreement after we delivered the outcome you sought is inappropriate and undermines the professionalism and effort invested in securing your freedom from contractual obligations. Discontinuing payments does not negate the value of the services provided or the results achieved, as your timeshare was successfully canceled and your obligations fully resolved.We also wish to address the narrative about communication. While there were transitions in representatives handling your case, our records clearly show consistent follow-ups, guidance, and support throughout the process. Any suggestion that you were ignored or abandoned is factually incorrect. We regret if this did not align with your expectations, but the work we performed significantly contributed to the positive resolution of your case.Your demand for a refund is unwarranted. Our agreement clearly outlined that our fees are earned for the services provided and the results achieved. In your case, those results speak for themselves. Your decision to publicly disparage our company after we delivered on our promises is disappointing and does not reflect the reality of the efforts and outcomes achieved.If you wish to engage in a constructive dialogue, we remain available to address any remaining concerns. However, we will not stand by while the integrity of our company and the value of our work are misrepresented. Having a timeshare seemed great when I was younger but as I got older, iit became hard to keep up with the fees. Every time we went to a resort, they tried to sell us more stuff aggressively. After being a timeshare owner for 30 years, I can't recommend it. It took me a while to get out of it, but it was worth finally being free of this burden.Leave Timeshare
