I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Ecrater needs to fix the captcha issue. Cannot message seller or ecrater when there is an issue. Tried several different methods.
The seller only shipped after ecrater messaged them... and immediately I might add.
This will make me think twice about shopping with ecrater in the future.

I ordered three units of Gliss Instant Wrinkle Remover but received the wrong items (one anti-aging cream and two dietary supplements).Nature of the Dispute:It has been a long time since I first contacted the seller to request a return, but they have not responded. Every time I call, I am told Ill be transferred to customer service, and the call either disconnects, or they stop picking up altogether. After posting my item on ecrater, it was promptly removed within 10 minutes due to a policy prohibiting the sale of game consoles with added games. Despite reporting several sellers who continue to list similar items without consequence, ******* consistently allows them to sell without issue. I am perplexed by this response.
I previously reported a violation of the policy which prohibits the sale of
pirated materials and copyrighted/trademarked products. However, it appears
that this policy is no longer being enforced. As a result, I believe I am now
able to list the same items for sale. I would like to inquire about being
compensated for the lost sales that occurred while other sellers were able to
continue selling these prohibited items. I reported the violation in good faith,
and I feel unfairly treated.
According to ecrater.com prohibited
items policy:
- Pirated materials and products
- Copyrighted or trademark
materials (images & texts)

Ecrater.com allows its sellers to sell stolen property and infringe on copyrighted material. Reporting theft on the ecrater platform is not prohibited by any means. This situation underscores my belief that ecrater allows stolen items to be sold by its sellers. I suspect that the seller in question may have a personal connection to ecrater. I want to emphasize that both the seller and ecrater have caused me significant psychological and physical distress. Therefore, I wish to formally state that Ecrater is failing to adhere to laws regarding the sale of stolen content from various ROM sites and the loading of these ROMs onto customers' game consoles, thereby intentionally committing a violation.
