This is what I think! This company is a scam here is the email I sent them ( I would like a complete refund you guys charged my card 3 times first time was for $39.99 + SH $8.99 =$48.98 for order# ******* The second time was for $9.99 with no conformation# or reason for the charge. The third time you charged my card $29.99 order# ******* that was for the up sell for a 2nd lighter which I did not even want but it did not give me an option to not select it when I was purchasing the lighter in the first place so because of that you lost my complete interest in all of it so can you please refund the complete amount of. $48.98+$9.99+$29.99= ($88.96))....So for $88.96 is what they got me for. I've tried calling to cancel that order but when I do it gives me an all reps are busy and it never patches me into anything it tells me to call back later after 10 minutes and I've tried this so far three different times today March 19th 2024 and it's before 12:00 p.m. granite I put this order in yesterday March 18th 2024 around 6:00 p.m. and I've been trying to cancel it the moment it went through and said it was $88.96 when all I wanted to do was purchase something that was $39.99. this company really made me feel like I was or am ripped off. All I wanted was a surprise my husband with a really cool torch lighter and all I got was a headache. So very disappointed in this company. I'll keep you guys updated if anybody cares with maybe a couple more stars if they rectify the situation.

WATCH OUT FOLKS! This Company is Very Unreliable. I purchased a robot vacuum that was described as being able to clean wood floors. It was described as being able to clean the floor by going in a straight line until the vacuum hit something which would make it change direction it was traveling and travel in a different straight line until it changed course again. These staight line passes would eventually clean your whole floor. This vacuum I received is nowhere close to the vacuum described! This vacuum is so underpowered, it does not go in a straight line at any point in time. My flooring is like new being very level and newly placed. This is not the vacuum that was described and as such I want my money back. I purchased this vacuum for $59.47. Approximately 7 days ago, I contacted this company through the computer but have not heard anything back.

I too got charged an additional $9.99. When product finally arrives, there is no receipt or return address. If you call their customer service number you will be on hold for eternity as nobody will pick up. If you try to email customer service via website customer service contact, the email will be sent back as "failed mailer". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM BUSINESS AND SELLING INFERIOR PRODUCTS FROM *****!
