On 7/17/2025 at 7:20 PM I ordered from an internet ad from Innovate Tech Collective in-the-ear Hearing Aid Pro-Upgrade 1 and warranty for $124.97. I did not sign up for the $9.99 mystery gift. "90 Day Money-Back Guarantee Not impressed? Our support team offers a hassle-free return process" was stated in the ad. Upon receipt I tried to put one aid in my ear and found it would not fit. I contacted the company with unanswered phone calls and then thru email to get a RMA# to return the aids. I received responses from *** that I could not return the aids due to "health and safety reasons". I was offered a 30% and then a 50% return of my money and I keep the aids. This is not acceptable. I want a full refund. The company is not supporting its advertisement and said nothing about what size ears the aids fit.Business Response

This item was ordered on 7/12/25 and paid by ******. On 7/16/25 I received a message that the order was on the way with a **** tracking number of *******************. The order was shown as shipped. To date I have heard nothing further. I have informed delivery and this still does not show up as in the system. It says label created but still no shipping information. This is very frustrating. I ordered a *** hearing aid brand *********. I was shipped a generic device that does not have any of the features that were on the order site. Volume control needs a screwdriver, not a button like marketed. No noise cancellation feature as promised. This switch is fraudulent. I should note that the ordering site has offered an "upgrade" to the Pro model for $10. Allegedly, smaller size and longer battery life. Apparently the upgrade was a humongous downgrade that switched to a low-cost no-features model.Business Response

Ordered a "power washer " & paid with my ****** account . I also disputed the charges with them immediately as upon check out I was upcharged an additional $44.00 on top of the $ ***** for what I don't know when I was returned to their website from ******. I purchased a power washer from Joventures on 5/05/25 for $98.98.I used the power washer and discovered that it leaked in two places.I contacted Joventures on 5/24/25 (it took quite awhile to receive the power washer due to an error by ****** and let them know about the defective power washer,and to request an RMA # to return the power washer for a refund.I was told that I needed to send a picture which I did on 6/04/25.They told me I had to pay the return shipping cost which **** charged me $43.34 to do.I requested reimbursement for the shipping cost since the power washer was defective.They told me that I was responsible for the shipping cost which is very unfair due to the defective nature of the power washer.This company has been VERY difficult to do business with. I ordered a pressure washer on 6/8/25 and did not receive a confirmation receipt. Customer Support does not answer. Emailed Customer Support. Received an email response from Joy that my order confirmation was sent. No confirmation received. This entire transaction feels like a scam and I messaged them to cancel my order and issue a full refund. Feels like unethical business practices are taking place. My orders for two hearing aid products were confirmed on 5/19/2025: order# ******* for $114.98 and # ******* for $29.99. Shipping was said to be 4-5 days. It's been 15 days. I've read the other complaints and suspect that Joventures is scamming people. If they can't deliver these items within 5 days of being notified of my complaint I'd like a refund.
