After consulting with multiple Lenders (big and small), we decided to move forward with Mission Loans and we have 0 regrets. They are so patient and people centric. It was a pleasure working with them. They stayed in communication and guided us through every step. Taking the time to really discuss our options, and they really cared about what would be the most beneficial for me and my family. We honestly can't thank them enough for such a great experience. We referred our friends and family and will continue to do so...

They really care about their customers and have done an outstanding job with my refinance. They also gave me a home equity loan 3 months later. It saved me hundreds per month and they had so much patience with me!

I would give negative stars if I could. They are the worst company a giant scam. There never open to talk to someone, there numbers for a mortgage are incorrect. There is no way to get to talk to a person to correct any problem there web sight is always down. And I am stuck with this terrible company untill they decide to sell my loan to another company.

I went through a number of different companies trying to get a cash-out refinance. I had a unique situation in that I didn't have a mortgage because I bought my home in cash, but I needed to take out a hard money loan that was interest only payments and wanted to get rid of that so my payments would actually make the loan decrease in amount. At every turn, I was told I couldn't get a loan because my student loans are too high and I wasn't making enough money. I had my son added as a cosigner because he has good income, and still kept getting denials. I happened upon Mission Loans while searching the Internet, and was fortunate to have ********************* as my loan officer. He looked at my situation, and was confident he could get me the loan. It was a tough road, especially with all the problems with student loan servicing companies and incorrect information, but after a ton of work, I got the congratulations email. Such a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. It was a pleasure working with *****, and I am truly grateful for all the work that he and his team did.

They're in **********, but use a 260 phone prefix (Indiana).Three calls (all different numbers but using the 260 prefix), one text in one day. The indicated that I contacted them about a loan, but I didn't.

I have never provided them with my phone number or asked for any of their services yet they have started calling me as well as texting me in a harassing amount.

They robo call. I have blocked their spoofed multible numbers.

After responding to the No closing cost refinance letter and giving them my information, I found out that there are closing costs, title fees, appraisal fees, etc. Additionally, the interest rate was higher than listed on their form. The letter is deceptive. They offered to match or beat another lender, but now I know youre dishonest, so that would be foolish of me.

On Jan 27, 2022, I responded to an advertising document mailed to my home offering a favorable rate for re-fi at no closing costs. When I called, I spoke with loan officer ******* who assured me that the offer was still valid. I provided the pre-qual info requested. I'm super well qualified and want no money out. My home is worth 7 times more than my current loan. I was promised a reply that day or the next day. As of Feb 5, no response and he does not answer my phone msg. It is a scam.

Mission Loans completed our loan so quickly and really took care of us. We got into our dream home and couldn't be happier. The team at Mission and Residential Bancorp are the best!
