************************* that provides little to no support from upper level management. Would not recommend this company to anyone, especially veterans. Our loan officer was the only positive experience we had, which provided consistent support. However, he was left alone in dealing with our specific closing situation which resulted in our family hopping from ****** to ****** for almost 2 weeks. Spoke with one upper level management individual once and never received any additional support, follow up or call back. The loan officer needs to take his talents to an organization that actually helps their clients and employees.

First off let me way we greatly value our Veterans and want to thank you for your service. I do see that we closed your loan in less than 30 days. I spoke with the loan officer and he was very sad by the rating considering how hard he worked on the loan. There were underwriting conditions beyond our control that had to be obtained from the military which contributed to the delays. I am sorry you didn't feel management cared but behind the scenes management was working tremendously hard to help the loan officer meet the very tight deadlines in your purchase contract. Escalations were made that helped the loan close when it did. If you would like to discuss this further please call the loan officer and ask to speak with the Chief Compliance Officer.
