      **** ******* was incredibly easy to work with and went above and beyond to find the best solution for both our immediate and future needs when refinancing our home. After a missed opportunity to sell, he helped us get back on track financially and positioned us well for future upgrades and business plans. He was quick to respond, offered clear guidance throughout the process, and made everything seamless. His assistant, ******, was also kind, attentive, and great to work with. Highly recommend!

      *** was very professional and a great communicator. It was my first solo loan. He explained the process to me and my options. He kept me up to date on the loan funding, contacting the company when needed and explaining the process through phone and emails. I truly appreciate his assistance with the process.

      The process was going well until everything was a go. They had no problem calling me to get me to use them for a line of credit but then the communication was awful. I was asked by SR ********* for all the information that was already given-so therefore they have poor communication between themselves. It was a disaster when it was time to have the notary come to sign all the papers and the paperwork wasnt even filled out! I was even told in the beginning that they are available for me when needed, so I had asked a question via text and was told I dont typically answer after hours. Then I was also told to pretty much not call they will reach out to me. I even asked the SR ********* who was taking on my loan and she said oh I dont have that information. Its now 11/5 Im supposed to make my first payment on 12/1, but to whom we dont know. But they certainly wont stop texting and emailing me to rate my experience-so this was mine with much more to say.

      They were easy to work with, requested all the information in advance, found a great interest rate and acted professionally. Only downside is the length of time it took to close the loan. I have closed a lot of mortgage loans and have never had one take eight weeks. The last one I closed, took three weeks, through a local lender. I would use EMortgage again, just know it takes a little longer.

      ******** treated my family and I like we were his own. Being disabled and a vet, ******** work extremely hard and gave us multiple options to assist in our needs. He has no become part of my family.

      This mortgage company helped me get the loan that I wanted but communication throughout the process was poor to mediocre at best. I had to chase the agent to get my questions answered.
