This company is a joke. Don't waste the hit on your credit score. They offered me a very low amount at a very high interest. I wish I had checked them out more thoroughly.Don't waste your time. They should be shut down from what I'm reading. They deserve a no star rating.

We want to clarify that our company only conducts a soft credit pull, which does not negatively impact credit score. However, we would like to highlight that if you are referred to a third-party lender, they may use different methods to pull your credit.
It is important to understand that these third-party lenders are optional, and you are not obligated to proceed with the application process if you choose not to.

READ THE FINE PRINT CAREFULLY!! TriPoint is not the lender; they submit to 3rd-party lenders. Which means they may submit it to multiple lenders for multiple "hard hits" on your credit report which brings down your credit score. Also, the letter I got boldly stated, "You have been pre-selected for a flexible personal loan of $43,250 with a rate UP TO 6.95%." The fine print said INTEREST "RATES range FROM 6.95% apr TO *****% apr" and loan amounts begin at $5,000.TriPoint Lending Response

I was very hesitant to make that 1st phone call, but **** was very kind, patient and understanding. He explained everything and directed me to Alleviate, where I spoke with the fabulous *******! As others have stated, the process was a bit long, but everything was handled so professionally. I never felt rushed or pressured and all my questions were answered in a thorough manner.
