I had actually signed with another company and wasn't happy with the customer service. So before I had actually committed to that company I changed to first choice found the customer service excellent the relationship tremendous the overall process in starting and monthly procedures are easy, simple, I'm totally happy with this company.Review from Mike B

I was skeptical about starting this program, except I saw that the reviews were overwhelmingly positive. I signed up to have them negotiate my debt but I also kept a close eye on all the activity, and reached out by phone and email whenever I had questions.I had three creditors. One took a fairly short time to negotiate, one took almost 3 years. The other was somewhere in between. But in every case, they were able to negotiate a significantly lower amount than what I originally owed, while collecting a monthly payment from me which was MUCH lower than the original payments.I recently graduated the program and all of those creditors are now paid off completely. Extremely satisfied with how my debts were handled. I would recommend First Choice Debt Relief to ANYONE that needs help in getting back on track. They have been so helpful and so professional throughout the whole process. The staff keeps you informed with each and every situation that came across their desks. Very satisfied with how the staff at First Choice handle my situation and account. Hopefully I never have to use them again but if I get into a similar situation, they will be the first call I make. Could not have been more satisfied. Everyone I ever spoke or worked with was friendly, kind, and professional. First Choice went above and beyond and worked with and settled one account that other companies would not touch. I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend hands down to anyone.
