This supposed company is a joke. They have been taking $200.00 a month out of our business account since 2018. AND HAVE DONE NOTHING FOR US. We just found out our website has been down for over 3mos. Yet they continued to take our money. BOYCOTT THESE THEIVES!!

After lengthy and pushy conversation on several days of return calls, *************** was downright rude when we responded with a NO to the offer. She responded with a wish that our business not be further successful and hung up. Whoever is responsible for reviewing calls for service needs to do a lot of work to improve this employee or move her out of the company. Looks like we dodged a bullet based on the other reviews.

******************* is a well known misanthrope with a long history of probiding no value and scamming all he can. Lately **** has blocked him from even owning a credit card machine because of his inability to behave , he was caught in a **** sting for processing drug sales transactions , selling opioids, and was caught in a sting transaction that should have put him in Jail.He is quite the wire fraud, money laundering, fake education having type of guy. He paid a guy to actually go to ********** college for him to get a degree for him. This ******************* graducated high school. he will respond to this message so he keeps his letter grade but if you read the complaints, you will immediately see what type of POS he is. He is a terrorist sympathizer and anyone in the *** ****** area should treat him as such upon site. Not faithful to anyone let alone his wife, he is a fake ********* and supports Palestine hamas terrorists. His company ripped me off for 3 thousand dollars by providing no help from his fake scam: ****** maps, ****** does this already. he is a total lowlife scam artist and we have gone to the ** and he is under investigation. remember he is a terrorist sympathizer and must be treated as such.

Avoid this company at all cost. They have a really good sales people that can sweet talk to sign contract. I agree for a three month trial; when everything is all set and done, I end up paying extra month plus cancelation fees. Even with a displeasure of doing business, they continue ask to continue but not offering any incentive to continue. They gave all kind of analytic data; but the analytic data they provide does not translate to customers walk in. You have to go thru so many representative just to cancel your subscription. The good thing about eGumball are the sales department very nice to talk to; i would give 5*****

I recently got a divorce and was hassled to try them out when they called in February, which is the busiest time for me in my business. I specifically told them that I only wanted a six-month contract, no more and no less. I was told that it would be for six months. I was charged a $99 start-up fee, and $169 the first month, then $169 for eight months. They stated that in the contract, it says that it would be month to month afterward. My contract was supposed to be for six months and six months only! I called them on 9/27/23 to let them know that, and they said it's on the contract. You signed the contract. I sent them an email to cancel the account. Then, I got an email saying I had a final bill of $28.17. Why? It's the prorated amount after cancellation. This is why I try not to do anything during my busy time to research the company. $1451 and 1 client? Ridiculous, and then they called the $28.17 measly but would not waive that amount. Even the supervisor does not know how to provide customer service. They will not receive one more dime after this from me, EVER! DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN!

Last month, a eGumball Inc contacted me to ask me to sign up with their services for advertising my nail salon. They asked me to fill out an application for their services. However, 3 days later I told them I dont want their services so I want to cancel my application. They were not allowed me to do that and told me that I still owe them for the whole year service at $2090.30. They keep calling and send email to me to force me to pay them that money. I see this company as a cheating and harassment trap for us. Please be careful when you were been contacted or doing business with them.

This company calls us at least 20 times a day. We refuse to work with them, we've asked them to stop calling ** but refuse to stop. I was kind up to a point today and allowed them to do a demonstration and pitch their sale. The man was incredibly rude, and condescending, treating us as dumb. Repeated to him multiple times that we are not interested in any contract, we will not sign any contract, and will not pay them anything (this was after saying the first fix was "free"). clearly liars and a scam. ****** should un-verify them as a business partner. If you get a call from them or an email - hang-up or delete right away.

Don't do it!! Bad service! You won't hear a word from this company until you want to cancel!! Watch out for the 12-month contract!!

This is the worst company I have ever worked with....they promise you that your phone will ring off the hook and then all they focus on is how to get your money....I asked them would u pay a company if they didn't hold up to what you agreed too and all they could say is you signed the contract..so it went from them trying to sell me on how I would get more calls than i could handle and not one call...unless it was them trying to get money out of me....then the worst part is they try to get u to cancel so they can send u a big bill to close out your account for The amount of ******* and not one lead.....not one ************ is a joke and I don't know how they stay in bissness..I should of look up them more before I wasted my time...

These guys called claiming our online presence was incorrect and they were partnered with ******* This led to a scam call to get us to pay them $ for online marketing. They are predatory calling businesses. Watch out!
