I was awarded free play which is the letter stating to call them and theyll add the money to the account. Mind you opened the account in November and never used it. So I get the letter, I was told about the rollover which is you get $500 in casino credits I used them and during I had won $450 dollars. Ever since I won, its been hoops and hoops Ive had to get through to I was asked to upload my license the front and back then they needed card information, front and back of two cards ahead on file because they need to verify it was mine so I did that then they needed me to spend an additional $484 in sports bonus, they gave me which I dont even see in my account because I use what they gave me. Then I spoke with six people trying to help me cash out. it was to the point where I just called and canceled my account completely. I dont understand how these guys are still open. This is a huge scam. It is not right especially for myself. I thought I won $450 as a college student thats a lot of money. Specially, not being able to work a lot trying to stay on the studies just managing life bills and everything else like everybody else does. This company deserves to be shut down. Please look into them and if possible, I would like to have my winnings refunded back to me. It was nearly impossible to have one of the representatives cash me out.Initial Complaint

Requesting a payout is impossible. I only ever uploaded $150, I received a $100 Freeplay. I completed the rollover amounts for the online casino and the sportsbets. The systems is letting me request the payout but it is rejecting saying I owe $15,563.20 in pending casino rollover. This is a complete scam. On Jan 3, ****, I made a deposit of $100.00 to Betus using my credit card. The next day I tried to close my account and have the the deposit credited back to my credit card account. I was told that couldn't be done for at least 72hours. I waited the 72 hour's and tried again to have my deposit refunded. I was told that in order to do so, in order to verify my identity I would need to send them a photo of my driver's license plus both sides of my credit card. *********** customer service has told me not to do that as this is almost certain to result in my identity being stolen. I have received three voice mails threatening to start collection proceedings against me because I have had Cap. One stop payment on this charge. Every time I try to call them back at the phone number they leave I get a message from ******* that the phone number is unavailable. I have sent messages to them three times concerning the problem, and have received no response. My account number with ********************** is *************, all I want is to have the deposit refunded to my account, nothing more. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

Made the mistake of providing Betus with my contact information. They immediately started SPAM calling, texting, emailing me. Over and over from different phone numbers based in *******. I asked them to stop calling ***** they wont stop.Initial Complaint

After betting and winning two money line bets, I was told that the bets were somehow based on points spread or something else I dont do or understand. These guys dont payout , very hard to get a payout. If enough people make a complaint to FTC , they will open up a case and shut them down. ******************************
