I became a wholesale partner of WineChips in September. Our customers are pleased with the product, so I tried to reorder. The products are constantly on backorder. Took weeks to get more after I ordered. December 19 I finally did a "preorder." I was charged immediately then nothing. I checked the website a few times in the last few weeks and my order showed "unfulfilled." Jan. 2, I went to the website and similar products (different packaging) showed as available. So, I cancelled my Dec. 19 order (via email) and reordered. I was charged immediately and Nothing. No refund/cancellation and the new order now shows "unfulfilled." There is no phone number to on the website to call. I have submitted multiple emails. Completely unacceptable wholesale processing, fulfilment and communication.Business response

HI there,
I have gone ahead and cancelled the order and refunded the customer for the full amount. I emailed them directly letting them know that this was done and I apologized for the experience. Their other orders will ship soon.
