      I have a shirt that quickly faded - it was a gift and I dont have any sort of receipt. A request to Customer Support is attached. It reflects that they dont want to help. Can you please assist? Id be happy to accept a gift card to reprove this.

      The Retailer filed for chapter 11 and sent messages to consumer to use all gift card balances by 2-16-2025. The websites are not honoring the valid gift cards and customer service refused to assist/rectify the matter. I have called and emailed several people at the retailer and parent company but they do not reply with assistance. Additionally, the retailer is scamming consumers by charging credit cards instead of gift cards and by taking orders but not shipping or providing status updates.

      Hi and thank you for your help. I apologize for any confusion. I have been sick and didnt notice any correspondence until today.

      Since filing the complaint, the company was finally able to reissue my gift cards and I made purchases. However they mailed my items but I only received 1 package. They claim that they were delivered to my home but my bell was not rung, I did not receive the packages as they claim. The company now refuses to help me further in locating or replacing my items. 
      I requested a photo showing delivery to see where they were delivered but the company refuses to help me at all. I therefore lost my money that was on my gift cards as well as the items. 

      I am seeking help in locating the whereabouts of my items, that the items be resent or a full refund. 

      I would like the company to address the following: 
      My missing items. I would like them to file a proper claim with the shipping company or allow me to do so. The shipping company has informed me that they will only speak with the shipper but the shipper will not 

      The items were all purchased from online retailers Roxy.com and **************************.

      Date of order: 8/26/2024 Amount: $272.91 CANADIAN Issue: When I placed the order, I changed the billing and shipping address to my new address.When I got my confirmation, there was an address that was more than 12 years old.I tried cancelling my order immediately and was unable to do so.I contacted Quiksilver customer service on 8/27/*****************. They said they cannot modify or cancel my order, that I would have to wait till its received. I don't live at that address.Also, come to find out that quiksilver.ca is not even located in ******, no customer service or headquarters exist in ******. Also, they said they cannot cancel the order because they use a third party (shopify) to fulfill orders. This is a complete misrepresentation of the company and its policies.

      Hello For several weeks I have been trying to get in contact with quicksilver. I have left several online submissions requesting assistance, several emails, including an online ********* post to the Quiksilver account, and numerous attempts for a phone call but each call is met with experiencing technical difficulties and the call hangs up.Weeks ago I ordered four shirts and they arrived. 2 of the shirts are still in the packaging, but one of the shirts which is close to $100 CDN, when I opened the packaging is ripped with a stain on it. This shirt still has the creases on it as it was removed from the packaging and never worn.Can someone please help me, this is getting unacceptable with close to over ***************** looking for assistance, this shirt was out of packaging and not cheap. Severely disappointed ************************* ************

      On April 20,2024 i purchased a navy pair of minnow shoes. My Order number: RXUS-****** They arrived on April 27, 2024. Which as you can see took a week for me to receive them. These shoes that i ordered were for me to wear to my sons college graduation. I tried them on May 12, to make sure they fit and were comfortable. Now i have ordered many minnow shoes through the years. I am always a size 6 These shoes were definitely miss marked. I could not even get my toes in the shoe. I called **** right away to tell them and to return them. A new pair would not arrive in time. Graduation was on May 22, 2024. I returned the shoes that same day. Now i waited 6 business days after delivery back to you, excluding the weekends and memorial day. I was told by your employee that typical waiting time is 5-6 days for a refund!! This was at the end of the 6th day when i called. Your representative stated that i was bothering him and that i talked in circles to him because i wanted my refund. The shoes went back to you on May 17 2024. It is now Friday May 31, 2024. With no refund. This is outrageous!!You took my money as soon as i placed the order. I sent them back. You have them. Why do i have to wait almost a month for a refund???? I want my refund immediately!!!

      This is my order # Order RXUS-****** These shoes i ordered were so small they had to be marked incorrectly. I have many pairs of the minnow shoes in a size 6. I could not get my foot in these shoes. They had to be sent back. I sent them with your return label and tracking TRACKING ID **************. These shoes were returned on May 17, 2024 as of May 28, 2024 i have received no refund on my account. I had called 7:49pm eastern standard time on 5/28/24 and was rudely informed that i had to wait 5-6 days for a refund. I had informed your representative that it was already the evening of the 6th day and my refund should be processed already. He tells me call back tomorrow we had a holiday this week. I had stated it still is 6 days not including the holiday. He tells me that i had to wait till whenever it gets done. He stated Im talking circles to him and wasting his time. I want my full refund ASAP. You charged me when you shipped the miss-marked shoes and now you have them back 6 days I want my money back now. He would not get a supervisor on the line and refused to even check the status of the refund. I have been buying your shoes since the 1990s. I have so many flip flops and especially the minnows. I cant believe what a rude customer service person you hire and you absolutely have no class dealing with long time customers. Thats it for me. I unsubscribed from emails and will no longer do business with you

      The website states delivery would be a maximum of 22 working days. The email saying my delivery date was 5/16/24. The delivery information dropped out of the cyber universe, meaning the package is probably lost. After the waiting period, I explained this to customer service and asked them to cancel my order and issue me a refund. The last person I spoke to, *****, stated that there was a glitch in their system, and the delivery time would take up to 8 weeks. There was no "glitch" and the website still promises a maximum delivery time to ****** of 22 working days. Coming up to 30 working days, and customer service cannot tell me the status of the package.

      I placed an order in my own email for a bathing suit for my child. It was wrong size. My daughter retired the order on her **** account email.I received this below from **** that return was received by them and below number of ***** would be refunded which is correct, however, I was only refunded *****. Several emails were sent to **** customer svc today and **** has not once explained the reason for the erroneous additional money withheld by them.I want what they owe me and what they quoted in writing theyd refund. I understand I pay their shipping cost but my daughter has an account and she returned her gift hence pays no more for return.
