Unpleasant and unsatisfying business/client experience with this contractor; Pete N*** On Sept 19, 2022, I brought up several roofing concerns to this contractor as an attempt to find a resolution or alternatives ways to address these concerns after he had just replaced my entire roof. Instead, of resolving or addressing these concerns with me, he started name calling me by telling me I'm was a ridiculous person. He also stated that he was going to drop off my permit and not show up for the final state inspection. He also name called the person who assisted me with capturing the after the fact images of his work and other roofing concerns that I had for my home. He displayed no customer service or good manners after the fact, and he played the victim part and failed to take any responsibility for his behavior/conduct over the phone/text conversation. I strongly DO NOT recommend his roofing services if he is going to mistreat his customers. Please report any abusive, aggressive, and/or unprofessional conduct to the CA CSLB and share your experiences with others. Professionalism & Accountability Matters to consumers.....I'm still looking for a reputable and professional roof contractor in my area.
Stop Leaks Roofing and Repairs Response

What happen was ,, before the inspector got a chance to come out Mrs. ****** had a unlicensed individual get up on our finished roof that was her residence however the guy started taking pictures of a metal awning that was not part on the compositional shingle job we were there to do as are signed contract. I explained to her that the inspector and myself will walk the roof together and at that time we could address the issue's .. so hours later Mrs. ****** started sending me pictures of a nail bent over , then another picture later of a thumb nail side shingle that gets cut around the pipes, or roof penetrations . Mrs. ****** never gave us a chance to walk the roof with the inspector which he called out two items that Mrs. ****** brought to his attention .. However they were addressed at the same time customer or not she had no right sending a handy man unlicensed contractor up on a licensed contractors job and start trying to pick it apart .. he needs to go get himself a contractor's license through the state of California's State Contractor's Board before telling us licensed contractor's how to do our jobs..Review from Lina W.

This guy Patrick or Pete N** whatever his name may be he is a real peice of ****. How can he claim to be a member of the B.B.B when obviously he is not and then for him to have the balls to respond to people writing him bad reviews especially these reviews on this website!!! Someone needs to shut this guy down he should not be in business how is he getting away with ripping people off left and right and no one is going to do anything. Seriously I have been ripped off for the last time and he's not getting away with it this time . I had this guy do a repair on my moms roof it wasn't even leaking I just needed a repair done for something superficial my homeowners insurance didn't like the way a repair i had done myself looked and was told to replace the shingles to make it look nice. First of all this guy didn't show up when he was supposed to didn't call either and when he did finally show up he looked like he was drunk slurring his words and just totally unprofessional anyway Long story short he did the repair said he would email me the invoice and he never did he charged me $950.00 when he quoted me $600.00. And he never e-mailed me the "free quote" like he said he was going to either. As well as I sent him a text after he had left with a pic of the repair he had just done and in the pic I had put a circle around a part of the repair I was not happy with and told him I was not happy with the way he had left the repair he had done asking him to fix it. He responded and honestly I haven't even read what he said I'm to angry and can't bring myself to look. And check it out if you have the nerve to even think about responding to what I had to say about your low life slime ball drunk peice of **** typical sneaky hinkey *** crooked as all **** contractor who makes all of his money by taking advantage of people and ripping them off if you even think you have something to say in response to me.... you don't .there is a special place in **** for people like you. KARMA!!!!
