We used them to add a sink for our business here in ********. They did the job without permits!!! The reason we went with a bigger company is so they can do the job right, now we are stuck with city issues. We will NEVER use this company again.

I reached out to Cisneros Brothers to run a water line in my garage. I had a couple of quotes and went with the lowest considering the lack of complexity required to run 8 feet of water line. The appointment was scheduled a week prior when they quoted the effort. I was sent a text the night before to confirm the appointment, to which I responded "C" for confirmed. The early hour the appointment window started (8am) required me to do a few things earlier than I would normally to be ready for their arrival. With 15 minutes left in the 2-hour window (9:45am), I called to make certain they still intended to honor the appointment. It turned out the service tech didn't even bother to convey his absence to his employer. The office went to work to get an alternate tech to assist. After waiting for an hour, I decided to address things I planned after the service call. While engaged in other affairs away from home I got a text conveying a tech was on the way. I replied I would be home in 10 minutes. About 2 minutes away from home I got a call from the tech conveying he was waiting at my home. I replied I'd be there in 2 minutes. Upon my arrival I again moved cars out of the way to allow the tech room to do his work. He entered my garage and was on the phone when I approached. Upon ending his call he told me his boss told him to leave my service call to go service someone else. I was near speechless. I said, "you're telling me you are leaving?". His reply, "yes." The first missed appointment was due to a profoundly careless employee with little regard for customer and apparently less for employer. The second missed appointment only 2 hours after the first, was wholly owned by Cisneros Brothers management. I will NEVER in my life allow Cisneros Brothers Plumbing to enter my home for anything. I'll take my business elsewhere. This might be a blessing in disguise. If their customer service is this atrocious, I can only imagine their work is on par and every bit as disconcerting.

They do great work . Theyve been doing business with my family for a long time . They have a great squad and group of guys . Will definitely use them again . They arent cheap but good work isnt cheap . They stood behind a warranty issue . Keep it up

The charge to replace a faucet valve was very exorbitant ....the faucet was missing the cap upon completion of the job.....I had 3 choices and I chose the basic plan which was $395 just for the valve replacement which took less than an hour to replace. I have checked with other companies and found that they would have charged much less. The part alone should have been only $50

I have had excellent experiences with Cisneros brothers Plumbing. There Plumbers are very professional and courteous. When they come in to do a job, they inspect, take pictures and they show them to you, and tell you what the problem(s) is and the cost. No hidden charges. I had a water heater installed and parts replacement in two of my tubs in my bathrooms that had worn out. The job was done quickly which took several hours and thoroughly. Plus they clean up behind themselves...Cisneros Plumbers are particular about their jobs, their work areas and their customers homes. I have done business with Cisneros Brothers in the past and I am very pleased with their work and will continue to do business with them in the future.
