Product came with a hole, they refused to exchange or refund. Scammy company. Horrible customer service. Stay away!!!!!!!

To ensure the quality and hygiene of our products for all customers, we do not accept items that have been worn, washed or altered, this includes putting cologne on the garments. Should we have been contacted prior to doing so, we would have gladly accepted the garment(s) back for a refund or replacement.

******** is flooded with ads for clothing companies which say they are based in *** but are actually just fronts for cheap, *****-made goods. In any given day, I see the same clothing with 4 or 5 different company names. The websites are exactly the same but with different names. They're obviously scamming **. Today the first ad I saw on ******** was for "Gavya, clothing for the mature woman". It was identical to others I saw yesterday. I used ****** to search for "Better Business Bureau GAVYA" and the link to this page was #1 on the list. There is nothing here related to *****. Unfortunately people posting negative reviews aren't taking the time to look at THIS company's information and giving them an awful rating.I've not purchased from this company but their website is obviously not affiliated with the current glut of ******** ads. I hope people take more time to research before harming another company's reputation.Review from Amy C

This site is a scam. Their discount codes do NOT work. It 'looks' like the promo applies in the cart, but once checked out, the discount is not there - and you pay full price. Then, if you are finally able to contact a human, they tell you they can't refund the discount amount. Instead, they gave me another code to use later. But THAT one also didn't work. The same thing happens. You see the price with the promo deducted, but during 'checkout' it goes away. And they make it VERY difficult to contact anyone. Also, if you need to return something, forget about it... The website brings you around in circles. Stay away.Review from Carmen G.

Purchased red gildan heavy cotton long sleeve shirt women size large & size did not reflect a large for women. I compared to other cotton long sleeve *********** was of poor quality. Im out of almost $13.00. Call the rep and she apologized but with no offer of anything. Even though informed will not do business with them again & will post reviews online for any future customers that would like to consider to use them.Review from Shari D

Not even one star would be appropriate. My order ( now two months ago) never showed and they deny the request for a refund. Scam.
