      I have been renting from I .E. Rentals for 10 years. We have made numerous complaints about mold on the bathroom walls and garage.. carpet that has been exposing nails for years, rats in the attic, pluming problems that have flooded our home, water that seeps through the concrete floor in one of the bedrooms. And they have done nothing. For the first flood they didn’t even come out till the 3rd day just to put industrial fans. Meanwhile the flooring is rotten and with mold, they I called an complain and they only came to remove the cushion under the carpet and left the carpet rolled up on side of the hall (not completely off) and in the living room same thing. complain again and told them that I had a senior living who used a walker and he couldn’t get through the hall because of the carpet they left rolled up. Finely I call an office in El ***** it was then that they send a professional carpenter to only put carpet in the areas that got damaged . The water had seeped into my sons room and my room and my stepfather room , but only approve the hallway, living room and my fathers room. The rest of the room just had to stink like crap. The side of the floor frame is rotten from the flood they didn’t even bother to change that. The 2nd on happen this weekend when we have been complaining about water coming out of the base of the toilet. They sent a young kid with a snake to unclog it , but they didn’t even bother investigating if there was more to it. A week later it started doing it again and it was on a weekend so couldn’t reach them till Monday. I had to call a plumber and pay with my own money to come fix it. When the professional plumber inspected further he showed me I had a root coming up the toilet. And the problem was bigger. He said he would fix the water coming out from the base as he saw that it needed wax sealer. And warned me that this was something that needed to be fixed right away. Well my house flooded that same night with black water. Still waiting

      I rented a home from this management company and I gave them 2500 deposit I was told that it would be refunded for any reason they couldn't get the property ready for move in two months later the manager forgot where my money was place and claims she couldn't find it after months of back in forth she only gave me 1500 and I'm still waiting for 1000 balance contacted their corporate office and found out they knew their staff was stealing people money and did nothing

      This rental company is raising my rent, again. It takes months to get anything fixed. I’m still waiting on a light to get fixed. When they took over ownership of my property, I was promised that they would come in and fix everything. I have no screens on my windows, the backyard fence is barely hanging on. And they don’t return calls or emails. It took them 4 days to send someone out regarding my air conditioner and I live in the desert.
