      I recently spent over $800 on 2 bottles and 2 pitchers. After using the bottle once I found the bottle smells just like any other cheap water bottle you would buy at a store. The water from the bottle and the pitcher tastes like chlorine. I reached out to LARQ and explained my experience with their products and was told I could not get a refund because I used the product. In order for a customer to see if a product works they must try it. I wouldnt have known that just by looking at it when it arrived. I find their return policy insane giving that it cost me over $800 for products which I will not be using at it doesnt do what its advertised to do. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR PRODUCTS!

      I have enjoyed my LARQ products over the years. Anytime I have had any issues or questions, theyve been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Im excited to see what LARQ comes out with next!

      Ordered a pitcher, was great then was spotty with filtering half the time and worst of all i received a red flashing light almost every time i put water in it. THEY DO NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I emailed these guys 2 times like 2 weeks apart and absolutely no response. These are supposed to be covered by warranty but ig you have to be able to talk to someone to enforce it! So, this companys stance is- if we just dont listen to our customers then we domt have to waste oir time helping them or refunding them!Dont buy, i shouldve checked bbb before my purchase.Complete waste of $150

      I received my LARQ pitcher 2 weeks ago and the wand did not work at all, even after charging it many times for hours. There is no way to call them to speak to a customer service person, and the only way to contact them is to email them.I emailed them the same day I received the product requesting a refund and received an automated response saying "We are experiencing higher than usual volume, so please expect longer than usual wait times. Don't worry, a very real human will respond to your inquiry as soon as we're able!"It has been 2 weeks now and still no response and no way to get a refund.The purchase says I have 30 days to get a refund and it's already been 2 weeks with no response from LARQ. That was a very expensive water pitcher, $152 and it doesn't even work.I'm very frustrated and hope that someone will investigate this fraudulent company. Buyer beware!

      The Larq pitcher I ordered was dead on arrival. The wand and/or charging cable are bad. Zero response from Larq 'customer service'. I feel totally ripped off, and I am apparently not alone. Do not buy from these people.

      This company is a big scam. You can't cancel your subscription or your account on their website. Their service department is an absolute joke, you're lucky to get a response half the time. They will lie to your face and at minimum purposefully dense.I should've checked the BBB on this "company" before using. Do yourself a favor and avoid this headache by going elsewhere.

      Unfortunately, your order was already packaged and prepared to ship so it was too late to cancel once you wrote in to us. We do apologize for the experience and if it wasn't clear how to cancel the subscription in your account - it is an available option, however. You have since been refunded for the product and we've offered to have you keep it instead of processing a return/

      Enjoyed the bottle and pure vis cap. Actually removed most smells which most bottles are prone to have.BUT the paint on these is terrible. The bottle exterior will look like a war zone and even worst is the cap will flake paint into your water. ***** defeats the purpose of a clean bottle.They offer nothing more then a coupon to buy another product which will eventfully do the same.

      I don't recommend people paying $$$ for this product. There are other competitors you will have better experience. I received this as a gift and paint started to peel after 5 months. When the paint start to peel, I recommend look inside the bottle become drinking the water. I noticed I had paint in my mouth. I contacted customer service regarding this issue and they asked for receipt which I can't get because I got as a gift. Please stay away from this product.

      I am sorry to hear about your bottle. Looking at your warranty claim from August of 2022, I do not see any mention of paint in your mouth. We were indeed able to find the original order for your bottle (which is needed to verify warranty eligibility) and had communicated to you that the bottle was 1-year past the warranty expiration, which is why we could not replace the component.

      As stated on other reviews here, as soon as your warranty goes out, the cap will start peeling apart and leaving residue in your water so it looks terrible and you feel uncomfortable using it.I only ever used water with the bottle and washed it regularly.Customer service is not helpful and you're left with a useless (and expensive) water bottle and no way of getting it working again without spending another 60 dollars for a new cap or 90 dollars for a new water bottle.Really liked the idea and the design, tried to reach out to customer service about this issue since it is known and came from a place of good faith. I was ready to recommend this product to all of my friends and get the filtered version and pitcher, but all I got back was "sorry, but no, just buy another one". Crushed my spirit, and left a literal bad taste in my mouth.I've lost all faith that spending more money on an expensive cap will actually work past the next one year warranty, and I recommend others avoid this business because their product may be defective and what's worse is that LARQ doesn't actually stand behind it.Sincerely disappointed in both the product's lifespan and the customer service. Again, avoid wasting your time and money.
