On the 25th August 2023 I made a purchase online through this company of $135. It was to order a Portable insulated ice bath and I received an email confirmation from the company and the money was taken from my card.I have followed up a number of times with the company to their recommended email support and also trying to get through their website. I have received no response and their website does not currently work.Initial Complaint

Ordered this product on August 3rd 2023. Iced Plunge promised speedy processing and delivery of 2-5 days. A week went by and no email so I tried to contact them to ask about when the item would be shipped. Received a response by email from "Lexi" who apologized and informed me that they would be sending the shipment next week. When I received no tracking number the following week I contacted again and the same individual responded again with an apology and asked to give them some time to look into the matter. Since several weeks had gone by I was no longer interested in this product so I emailed again and asked for a refund. There has been no response since then. Almost two months later and no product and no refund has been provided to me.Initial Complaint

I ordered an ice bath from Iced Plunge on 8/19/23. After 7 days, my tracking information never updated so I reached out to them asking for the status of my order. This first follow up was on 8/26/23. I never got a response, so I followed up again via email on 9/1/23 inquiring of the status of my order. Once again, I did not get a response so I sent another status inquiry email on 9/6/23. Finally I received an email response on 9/9/23, however it was a vague, copy and paste, email response informing me that my order would be shipped as soon as possible without any real, tangible information on my order. The response came in different text colors which clearly looked like a copy and paste customer service response. I responded to this message on the same day, 9/9/23, thanking them for the response and that they did not answer my question about when I can expect my delivery to arrive. They didnt respond to my last email, so I sent another follow up on 9/17/23 asking for a full refund on my order considering they could not give me a status update. They have not responded to my refund request, so I sent another email on 9/19/23 asking for the refund, yet again.Initial Complaint

The product sold to me, a ice plunge container, is defective and has filled with water at the base of the container. I have been unable to remove the water despite leaving it out to dry accordingly. I have made multiple contacts with the company and have had email interactions with someone named ****. There is no response within the 24-hour indication that they have provided/indicated and I still have not had resolution despite having provided all the material requested. My main request is an Address to send my returned Item for a refund according to the Company's Website. *********************************** ( I prefer not to file this, but because of the run around on a return address, to mail product to company)My contact email for their website: ******************* I Asked for a refund, contacted customer support via email.Sent package on July 18th 2023, and repacked as suggested (as indicated on website) then to address in CA given to me by customer support in their email to me. Sent package via **** they could not deliver package, because they could not find address. Package was returned to me on August 9, 2023. **************** phone number indicated "our mail box is full". You could not leave message, but you could text your call number, never got a response back.Continued with emails back and forth, "my manger has been notified, we will get you an address that you can resend your package to". Got that message more than once. Then I set a deadline, last Friday 8/18/23 and said I will be contacting the BBB and they said they would get me an address by Mon. 8/21/23. That has not happened. . . and today 8/30/23 email contact or response has gone silent.Thank you for you help on this. I have email trail if you need it. I purchased an ice plunge online from icedplunge.com on June 17th, 2023, I received my product and it is defective and it could not be assembled and was not as described. I reached out to get a refund on their website and they emailed me saying I had to return the product and then I would be refunded. I sent it to the address they provided me and it was returned to me. I gave them the tracking number and they said that was odd as they have given that address to other people and they received their packages. I sent them the tracking details and they said they would look into it. That was on August 6th. I have emailed them several times after that, with no response from them and tried calling the number on the website and the mailbox is full. I also noticed the street number on the website is different than the one they gave me. The website also has the city misspelled. This seems like a scam to me and I paid them $156.00 for the ice plunge and $30 to return it.
