    Would leave zero stars if I could. I ordered on july 3rd it has been 5 business days and my order is still awaiting processing. I previously ordered from them before and they refunded my money because the LA wildfires slowed them down. I even had an order that I recieved from last year which seemed legit. But I just find the processing to be so long with my current order. I hope I get refund or my product is actually shipped in the mail. Called on Friday business hours, no reply. They have a screwed up system it seems. Waiting two more business days as stated on their email which equals to 7 business days of waiting. It's possible I am scammed out.

    This site is a scam. They only sent me a couple of items from my order I placed back in January. The packing slip had little scribbles on it marking the items they did not ship. No refund, no other form of communication noting what the scribbles were. Ive been trying to contact them for the last 5 months and Ive heard absolutely nothing. They will steal your money. Please learn from my experience and save yourself - do not place an order with this company.

    I made a purchase on 4/10/25. And I was told I would receive My order within 7-10 business days. I never received My order. I emailed them on 5/1/25 Again No response from them. I have tried to email them but again I got No answer!! I also called their phone number but I couldn't get an answer due to their voicemail was full. I hope others will also Report this Company for lack of Communication and Failure to respond back to the customer!!If I could give them a Zero for this review I definitely would!!I will also tell My **************** to Never do any Business with them!!Signed.Unhappy Customer.

    Made my purchase on 1/28/25 and still haven't heard back from them regarding my order, (it is now 5/9/25). I have called and emailed multiple times with no reply. Pretty sure they just took my money and ran.

    If I could give no stars, I would. I bought something on April 2nd and received no notice of shipping by the promised timeline. I reached out to them and no one responded. I called the phone number on their website and was redirected to a different email. I emailed that one and no one responded. I tried calling back and picked the option that would let me talk to a person a received a notification that the person's inbox is full. This is definitely a scam. I reported it to my bank and to ********** website. I hope others will find this and not buy from them.

    DO NOT SHOP HERE. Made a purchase OVER a month ago and reached out with 0 responses to any of my emails about the money that was spent here. *** how this site is allowed to still operate on the internet knowing **** well they do not have the products on hand and are inadequate at replying to folks over THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY being lost here.

    Buyer beware. I placed an order on 10/24/24. Then they canceled it on 11/09/24 and said there was a back end error and to repurchase through their invoice. I did not. I asked them to refund it. They said they did, but its been over a month (today is 12/14/24) and still no refund.

    This place is such a scam. DO NOT order. I have ordered with them a couple years ago with no issues. Recently, I ordered October 28th- no movement on my order. They said they were updating the system, they would refund me and I could get the order in 7 days. I refunded and paid AGAIN on Nov 12th and it is now the 24th. I am so very disappointed. They have a 30% off sale every single day that "delays the orders" do not bother. How many people don't follow up and just lose their money. This place is garbage now.
