    Made my purchase on 1/28/25 and still haven't heard back from them regarding my order, (it is now 5/9/25). I have called and emailed multiple times with no reply. Pretty sure they just took my money and ran.

    DO NOT SHOP HERE. Made a purchase OVER a month ago and reached out with 0 responses to any of my emails about the money that was spent here. *** how this site is allowed to still operate on the internet knowing **** well they do not have the products on hand and are inadequate at replying to folks over THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY being lost here.

    Buyer beware. I placed an order on 10/24/24. Then they canceled it on 11/09/24 and said there was a back end error and to repurchase through their invoice. I did not. I asked them to refund it. They said they did, but its been over a month (today is 12/14/24) and still no refund.

    This place is such a scam. DO NOT order. I have ordered with them a couple years ago with no issues. Recently, I ordered October 28th- no movement on my order. They said they were updating the system, they would refund me and I could get the order in 7 days. I refunded and paid AGAIN on Nov 12th and it is now the 24th. I am so very disappointed. They have a 30% off sale every single day that "delays the orders" do not bother. How many people don't follow up and just lose their money. This place is garbage now.

    My order was never delivered. I asked for a refund in full; never received refund. When I asked about where the refund was at, they led and said that they fulfilled my request.

    TOTAL SCAM!! Everything seems legit until it isn't. Have sent multiple emails asking where my item is only to be told they updated their system and only have access to the old system and to email such and such but have not heard from them since. Have asked for a refund but don't expect to hear from them. Disappointed.

    They're a scam, I ordered from them during a sale and seeing how it would be delayed because of it I saw the timer to said sale repeat as if they don't want it to end. After several emails I called them and got a refund, waiting to get that through my bank. Never buying from them again

    I too ordered 2 items one in February 2024 which they never shipped even though they created a tracking number which they never gave to the post office. The other order was in march which was never fulfilled. I contacted them many times and she said they will ship in a month..they never did.
