    Awful. You pay for the bag, and you pay to redeem your rewards. So Trashie is making money a few different ways with each donation : the take back bag, sales commissions on the 'rewards' that people select, and reselling the clothes and textiles they get FOR FREE? Total scam. We are essentially paying this company to take our money. Never again.

    This company is TRASH. I reached out for support after I had no shipping confirmations or any correspondence at all from this company for over 16 days, and their policy clearly states to reach out to their help@ email address for support or to cancel.I did that. So many times. They did not respond at all, so I disputed the transactions with my credit card company because I had no correspondence from the company for weeks and no indication that I would receive goods. They refuse to respond to chains canceling the orders, but they respond immediately to the individual emails I have sent them reminding that I canceled these orders. They just respond that my only option is a return.They only started processing my orders after I told them to cancel them and left a negative review (to a survey they sent me DIRECTLY).I have continually told them to cancel the orders and I keep getting notifications that the products have shipped out after telling them MULTIPLE TIMES to cancel. They do this so they can steal the shipping fees from me, I have informed them many times that I do not want the products at this point and not to ship them.This company does not care at all about their customers and intentionally misleads their customers by presenting an option to cancel that does not in fact exist.DO NOT BE LURED IN, IT IS A TRAP.

    I shopped on this site because I purchased a take back bag and was attempting to use closet cash. I applied the closet cash to my order and when I pressed "pay now", it said that the closet cash could not be applied. When i reloaded the site to try again, the purchase went through without my authority and without applying the closet cash. **************** is awful and I am going to have to contact my credit card's fraud department to resolve this. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

    I signed up thinking this is a great way to recycle textiles. I keep getting Closet Cash that is now up to $128, but cannot use it. They keep apologizing and saying they are looking into it and I am experiencing a Glitch, repeatly. I think this is a scam site. What is the point of the Cash if you cannot use Let the Buyer beware. I can provide screenshots of malfunctioning site

    I paid for a take back bag and never received it. I emailed customer service saying this was the case and all they did was tell me I should have gotten it. Then they ignored my next 3 emails so I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

    I was really excited about the prospect of being able to recycle my clothes and get cash back to use for other small companies. I spent enough to get ****** back in cash back. I was also offered a discount code for signing up for texts. I was offered this after I made my purchase to get my take back bags. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to use the code because it only applies to my first purchase, even though I wasn't even offered the code until afyer I had purchased my bags, which counts as your first purchase. Furthermore, almost everything in their store is over ******, so I still would have had to spend money to get something. I found something that I was willing to spend extra for, added it to my cart, added my cash back and DID NOT checkout. I didn't even put my card number in. I went back to order it, the price had changed (it must have been on sale just for a short time), so I took it out of my cart to ******* for something else. Well. Now my cash back has disappeared. I didn't use it at all, and it's gone. I reached out about both the discount code and the cash back. When I (nicely) expressed that it didn't make sense that I would be offered a code for my first purchase AFTER my first purchase, they chose not to respond back. I haven't gotten a response back about my cash back disappearing. So, I spent money getting bags based on what was advertised, and they did not hold up their end. I really hope the clothes that I donated actually get recycled.

    Such a shame. What they claim to do is amazing, but it hurts the customer. I thought the Closet Cash system was fantastic but NO WHERE on the closet cash page does it indicate that only $20 can be used at a time. Myself, along with hundreds of people thought we could accumulate enough to purchase JUST ONE ITEM (almost everything is over $100), but that's not the case. They steal money and market it as "saving the environment".

    This company is a scam. I was excited to find out about this recycling program for clothing because I had a lot of clothes that were still in excellent condition, and didn't want to throw them away or donate them to have them dumped somewhere else. The take back program sounded really nice, so I ordered a total of 13 bags, sent them back to accumulate credits. Once I accumulated enough credits, I was ready to make my purchase which was over $200, but when I was getting ready to checkout on Fordays.com, I found out that I can only use $20 credit per order and pay $10 in shipping costs. Well there's nothing descent on this website for $20, and you have to pay $10 in shipping so you end up spending double the money for recycled garbage. When I started sending my bags back, I didn't recall seeing this in the "how to use the closet cash" which it must have changed without informing customers, which is bad business from this company. So, now I'm stuck with an over $286 credit, can't use it on what I would really like to buy. I will never use this company program again or possibly may never use the over $286 credit which will be just lost money for me and sitting as a credit forever with this company. I usually do a thorough job of vetting companies like this, but this one slipped through my analytical process. Please do not use this company for this recycling program. You are better off taking it Goodwill, posting on ***************** on ********* dumping it in a trash bag to be sent to the landfills, or a garage sale. So much for helping save the planet. Very false advertisement on this company. Perhaps if enough customers in my situation get together, it may be grounds for a claim lawsuit on false advertisement. Bottom line is don't use this company.

    I was really excited about this company but was quickly disappointed. The take-back bag arrived with no QR code to send back. This is crucial since the take-back bag does cost $20. I have written several emails with no responses. I even sent them a message on Instagram. Nothing. This company is a scam.

    This company is unbelievably ****. They sent me items that looked nothing like what I had ordered. The white romper was a light yellow. The sizing was so off that it looked like a size women's small was made for a large man. I requested a refund and they refused. I pushed for a refund and they continue to refuse. The audacity of any brand to refuse a store credit or refund for their own items shows that they have a bad product that they are trying to liquidate at the expense of my wallet and my time. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM ONLINE ALL OF THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE, THE PRODUCTS SHOWN ONLINE ARE NOT WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
