Originally, we purchased a service for January 1st at 1:30pm. We arrived at 1:32pm after driving in traffic for **** hours. The lady at the gate turned my daughter and I away and said we couldnt not ride, but she would rebook us (which could be rescheduled, if needed). After a wasted **** hours (according to our GLS) down to ************* and **** hours drive back home to El Cerrito, we scheduled for 1/23. We booked a horse back riding session for Sunday, January 23rd. I have called, leaving several voicemails and emails since 1/19/22 requesting to reschedule the date of our ride due to illness (which is within the cancellation policy 24 hour requirements). Both my daughter and I tested positive for COVID and needed to reschedule to continue to maintain the safety of everyone. This company has not responded as today, 1/21/22. If they could please reschedule as per their reschedule policy to the date we requested (Saturday, February 26th at 8am) or refund our money in full. We had to reschedule due to illness and within policy guidelines.
