I woke up to the worst possible problem for a breastfeeding mother my deep freezer was broken with over 400 6oz bags of breast milk after a quick panic attack I found JB APPLIANCES and scheduled a consultation with Joseph to see if the freezer was fixable or a lost cause. He understood my urgency and before I could finish my next pumping session Joseph had already located the problem found the replacement part and was in route to get it, within the hour my freezer was fixed and my freezer stash was safe from being defrosted. Thank you so much Joseph.

JB Appliances was hired to come and inspect a Refrigerator to tell me why it was leaking from the freezer section.After doing a full inspection ,He was honest and didn't try to upsell me,Which i appreciated,Considering i have 6 kids.He replaced the lining around the door and changed a couple things he saw might cause future problems for free.I value the professionalism and personableness

I had pretty much the same experience as Jennifer. He failed to fix our appliance, then said he would only offer a refund if we purchased a new appliance from him. Then he failed to show up when he said he would come out. I smelled a rat, so I had another company check out the work, and they fixed it quickly and said only someone truly incompetent could botch such an easy fix. My wife and I found out the hard way, this guy is a ****.

J***** (not J**, he made clear on first and only contact) is a gaslighter and scammer, possibly criminal in his actions. Don't use him. Don't recommend him. Here's the YELP review I left, to which he responded, "This is totally bs never had this person on my schedule I've been on vacation." But reviews (check THOSE out on Yelp, too) show he was NOT on vacation, but giving poor service to other customers during the interim 15 days between my first contact and his response to my review (as follows) here: I had high hopes after my initial contact with Joseph. He sounded keen on the job and said he'd be out at 9 a.m.. Then he said he'd be here between 9 and 10. And before we got off the phone, it was sometime between 9 and 11. Today, 9, 10, 11 and noon came. By 12:30, I figured he wasn't coming, but stuck close by the house in case he was just running super late. No phone call. No text. Nothing. It's not often that I can sit idly by waiting for some one to show up to get paid. Afterall, when I'm sitting here, I'm NOT getting paid. There's no paid-time-off for this kind of day. And I really can't afford to just take day after day off hoping a businessman will follow through on promises. But I will offer this thanks: J*****'s failure to show, call, text, give one iota of a sign he was interested in rescheduling may have saved me a bundle and allowed me to learn more about my appliance. Since I'd already pulled the fridge out and unplugged it (per his suggestion so the compressor didn't burn up), I ignored that "technician only" warning on the back of the fridge. I cracked it open, learned how the defroster was supposed to drain, unclogged a drain hose, cleaned up the place a bit, and put it back together. It's back in place and running now. We'll see if that did the trick. If it didn't, I won't be calling this place back. I'll work my way through the list, and figure out who wants to get paid for a job well done (or at least done).
