I paid $535.54 for parts and labor to fix my freezer. The day after he installed the parts my freezer was still not working properly. I lost most of the food because it never fully reached the proper temperature. I called JB Appliance to come back out to fix it and he said he would be back in 2 days and gave me a window of time. He never showed or called. I called 4 times to ask him to please come out and he never called back. I do not have the money to hire someone else to come look at it or to buy a new freezer.Business response

JB Appliances will call G******* asap and schedule another appointment as necessary. If G******* still has any additional problems with her freezer, please have her contact JB Appliances directly.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 17753688, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I will not be expected to pay any more money to fix this or.I will accept the proposal to fix this problem.
I will accept the chance to fix this problem, however I will not pay anymore money in addition to the money already paid for this job.
