      I was a member a few years ago, then decided to cancel the subscription due basic watches received without added value. Recently, I participated in the Spin Wheel, (2 times) and the experience is still bittersweet... The first watch was rapidly shipped, but the second one... still waiting for the shipment (and the additional "8 - 15" days for the delivery). As a collector, I will advise (if you are into timepieces) to avoid them. The cost/value is not worth it. You can pay a little extra, get the watch you want shipped in no time, and avoid a long and unnecessary wait for something already paid upfront.

      I ordered a watch and upon arrival it had scuffs and the date dial.was delayed. In the process of waiting foe this watch to arrive I noticed that another one of the watches had an extremely fast paste on the minutes and hours. I received the first watch I sent and it was the same one. The email communication was horrible and extremely delayed. I just did not want to bother with them any more. Waste of time. Product 1, service 1, process 1, quality 1.

      Got a couple watches and didnt like them. Tried to cancel my subscription and I guess I missed a box to check. Finally canceled my subscription and got charged again a few months later. **************** says the email said we WOULD cancel it for you, but you didnt respond. 10 minutes to sign up, impossible to cancel. So theyll use misleading language and hide behind policy to keep charging you for cheap watches. Beware.

      Scam! Beware of the bait and switch for cheap items ! Spun the wheel and got an empty box ! **************** said yeah you didnt even win a cheap watch u won a cheap empty box ! Beware

      Ive spun the wheel several times and it never fails to land on tier 1. It seems rigged and you end up with a watch that is dated or recently discontinued. Ive barely broke even on the cost to spin the wheel compared to what the watch is worth. Their subscription service is also not great due to the fact that you pay over $100 a month just to receive cheap pieces that youve never even heard of. I paid for the black tier subscription and chose automatics as my preferred watch. In 5 months, I only received one. I do not recommend using this company at all. *********************, save up and buy yourself a watch youll actually like.

      I bought a watch from Watchgang via ********* I tried to return it, as it was far thicker than it appeared in the photos and was frankly clunky and ugly. I tried to return it and have been ignored. This is unacceptable. It is also unacceptable that my review can't leave the order number.

      This review is for a Watch Gang watch I received as a member and it malfunctioned after thirty days of receipt and I reached out to the manufacturer under the warranty period, but didn't hear from them and now their website is no longer functional. The watch I received is a ******************* watch with a Silver Face and additional leather band. The adjustment stem froze up on it making it difficult to adjust the watch at all. I sent two emails to the company email address prior to my warranty expiration. To date I have not receive at reply and their website is no longer active ***********************. I'm no longer a member of Watch Gang and cancelled my subscription following this issue with the ******************* watch malfunctioning and not being able to contact them for warranty support. I didn't want to continue my subscription and have the same thing happen again, since members don't select which manufacturer or brand of watch they receive each month. I really enjoyed being a member, but overall customer service after the sale etc. with ********************** manufacturers is unreliable to say the least. I was a Black Member subscriber.

      After purchasing a Premium wheel spin for $588 and winning a tier 2 watch (the one I wanted) with a retail value of $1499, I received a completely different watch with a retail value of $249. I contacted watch gangs customer service and they apologized for the mix up, sent me a prepaid return label, and said when they saw the watch on the way back they would send the actual watch I won. after they received confirmation that the watch was on the way back they stated "we have processed the order for your correct watch and you will receive tracking information soon" followed shortly by "we are sorry but our brand partner is unable to replace the watch with the exact model." the company did offer me points back to use toward spinning again probably in the hopes I would win something of less value. instead I asked for a full refund as I have no intention of ever doing business with watch gang again. hopefully others will not fall for the "wheel spin" scam like I did. Making watches available to add to your wheel spin that watch gang doesn't even have access to in the hopes of enticing customers to spend more is a disgusting tactic.
