March 29, 2022 I brought a dress for $297.77, the dress was never shipped now they are giving me the run around to get my refund. I had to drive to Chicago to replace the dress that i never got and had to spend an additional $200 for the new dress. I want my moneyReview from Richard J

They sent me the wrong products 2 times in a row and do not want to reorder for the correct products after admitting their mistakes are their fault and want me to send back their mistakes at my shipping return- handling expenses. Their policies are a set up to discourage any returns so they can send us what ever they want to actually get rid of. "mistake products -colors- sizes ect." Also their service is very poor in communications and they lie and do not honor their guarantee of complete satisfaction or any satisfaction. I ordered two shirts from them in the Fall of 2021. When they arrived it was noticeable that they were produced with very poor and cheap material. I ended up developing a severe allergic reaction to this material. Upon return, they still insisted on charging a substantial restocking fee. Their customer service was very poor. I strongly suggest staying away from this business.Review from Mary P

I ordered a wedding dress 08/31/2021 and received my dress 10/19/2021. The dress was not what I had ordered. Their website says "easy returns" but you must request it. I made the request but heard nothing. I finally got an email after sending a second time, where they said: "Thank you for contacting ShoppeApparel Support. We are sorry to hear that the wrong style dress was sent to you. This was due to misunderstanding between our order system and supplier. They dress you received is one that is more expensive as the material and craftsmanship is more complicated. I do understand the style is not what you had expected and as such we are offering you a 30% discounted refund to credit card or a 50% store credit refund. Please confirm if any of the above options work for you or if you would still like to process return." They were wrong and don't want to refund me 100%. I had to contact my credit card company to file a dispute. Don't buy anything from this company.Review from Jasmine

Made my purchase that was well over 300$ on September 1st. Have not received any update since. Its October 5th and still have not received my order or an update. I've sent several emails, my card has been charged and nothing!Review from Julie M

Took forever to arrive. Cheap construction. To return you must ship overseas at your own expense. Basically just gave them $40 for a $5 purse because returning the product was not worth the time or effort.Review from Jill V

This site is a scam. Please don't purchase anything here, save your hard earned money from being stolen. Return process is horrible and unsuccessful. You will not get your money back. I spent nearly $1000 on wedding dresses and received the dresses late after paying additional expedited shipping costs. I did not receive the dresses for over a month when promised 2 weeks for delivery, they came after my wedding. I then got llowed their very confusing return process to the letter, paid $100 dollars on shipping return fees. Now my package is lost in China somewhere. Please save your money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a dress, didn't not receive it for at least a month and there was no tracking info. Once the dress arrived I decided it wasn't what I had expected and emailed the company for a return. I was then told that the dress I ordered could not be returned because it was made after I purchased it. This was never stated when I ordered the dress and it was not custom made. Bad customer service. The dress is still in the package and now I am out $$. Do yourselves a favor and take your business elsewhere!!!Review from Leslie

I placed an order online at www.shoppeapparel.com on May 24, 2021 for for a pair of shoes. I did not get any email confirmation of my order, no order number, no shipping estimate, nothing. The only communication from the company I have received since I placed my order was an email stating that I now had 40 points in my ShoppeApparel account.So I tried to log into this "account" to view my order and check the status. No record of order. I finally received shoes July 14th in some absolutely janky taped-up plastic bag wrapper. The shoes are hideous and don't look like in the photos. They have a supposed return policy but it looks sketchy. No return instructions provided until a complaint and picture of product is filed. Very little contact info, just a ZenDesk complaint email. I have very little trust that the company will step up and offer a return.
