      Order XXXXX Order Date 6/3/22 Amount Paid ****** Color Burgundy Size 14 Dress Arrived ****** I ordered a burgundy dress and when I received it the dress looks red. The first time I reached out to them via a contact form on their website and their response to me via email was telling me the no return policy on dresses.This wasnt a custom order because the size/color was available as an option didnt enter anything in custom box The second conversation I had was via chat with an live agent through my account they automatically set up for me when I made my purchase. I informed them I would like to exchange it for a darker burgundy because the dress matches my red heels. The agent asked me to provide picture of my dress. I sent her two picture via the chat. One picture of just the dress and another of the dress next to my red shoes. She said she will help me with this and ask for my number to get back in contact via phone or email once she has a solution. This was on 7/26/22 and I still havent heard anything from the agent or the site. 2 weeks later I tried reaching out to them again via chat. In order to chat you have to log into your account. For some reason I was having a hard time logging in. I just thought it was me entering the wrong password but every time I went to reset it I was still having issues with the new password. I contact them via the contact form ask for help with this issues.No response. So I start to search the site for different ways to reach out. I called the number on the site multiple times and every time it say no agent available. I begin to search for the dress I order on the website when I click on dresses it says no products found. So start clicking on shoes, accessories, etc.I receive the same message No product found. It as if the site disappeared. I really just wanted another dress but now I would like my money back because something isnt right about the site. I would ship the dress back to the address posted on the site if I could.

      I ordered a suit for my sister's wedding on May 22nd. The site said I should receive the item between June 7th-15th. I reached out to the company via email and phone calls SEVERAL times. The first response was fairly quick stating that it takes 12-18 days before the item ships. After that time frame, I emailed them again to ask when it would be shipped. They NEVER responded. I emailed them 4 more times with no response. I got an email saying that the supplier didn't ship my item and it my order would be canceled. I have yet to receive my refund or the item I purchased. I want my money back ASAP. The total for the purchase was ********

      I ordered a dress from ****************** on April 17, 2022. **** was taken from my account for payment. Since then I have been calling the number the business provided and emailing them for a status on my order, but have received no response. I've since checked their reviews and I see NUMEROUS similar complaints. Some complaints state that it takes months to receive orders but advertise that you will receive your item in 2-3 weeks. I placed my order in April hoping to receive it in 3 weeks as advertised. In addition I see many complaints that the items they ship are not as advertised online. I am considering filing a civil complaint and requesting a refund.

      I placed an order on February 23, 2022 for my daughter a quinceneara dress that cost me $500. I received the order on April 8, 2022 and the dress looks nothing like what I ordered. It looks as if a kid made it. The colors are off and the stitching is horrible. I contacted customer support by email the same day and they just got back to me 2 days ago and they are saying that the only thing they can do is refund me half of my money.

      I purchased a prom dress on 04/08/2022 and paid for express shipping order#*****. I have sent multiple messages asking for an update and all they could say was they would send a message. Everyday I have checked the order and it says awaiting fulfillment. After a month passed I sent multiple messages saying to cancel the order as I have purchased elsewhere. Again no response! I get an email today 05/06/2022 saying the order has been shipped. I DO NOT WANT OR NEED THE DRESS ANYMORE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK LIKE I ASKED A WEEK AGO!

      April 10th and April 17. I have placed 2 separate orders on those days. I got Automatic confirmation to my e-mail , that order had been received. After the initial order date for the first order on April 10th I have not heard any updates until on April 28th I got an e-mail stating cancellation and full refund, without any explanation. While I was waiting for the response from them about the order update for 18 days it got suddenly cancelled without explanation. So I thought that I still want that dress and tried to search for the same dress on other sites. I found the same dresses I have ordered on ShoppeApparel (and 1 got cancelled) on ************* site for half a price that ShoppeApparel is selling . So I have decided to go back and cancel my other 2nd order on placed on April 17th and have not received any update other than the order had been received , and the status on their web site was showing that order had not been shipped yet. So I have decided to message them to cancel my second order as well for I have found exactly the same dress on the other site for half a price. I have received automatic messages couple of days later on my e-mail that it is being processed and they are checking the status of my order. I have asked them to cancel the order since it had not been shipped yet (thus not processed) therefore no service had been performed to me for which this site is going to charge me 20% from the amount that they have charged me for absolutely nothing. Service charge is performed for the service done not for nothing. When I pointed that , they have referred me to their "clearly stated policy". It seems to me that this company is abusing the power of the Law and using it to gain profit. All their products are exact copy of ************* but double priced. I think this company is begging for class action. Their web site is very poorly made , as if just to through you something. No person to talk , only robotic responses with unreasonable charges. Fraud.

      I purchased a pantsuit the beginning of March, and when it arrived several weeks later, the pants were way too short. I requested a refund and asked for return instructions. I was told I couldn't get a refund because it was a custom order, even though no measurements were taken. They then offered me a partial refund which I accepted in the amount of $58.86, to be applied to the original payment method. Confirmation of that partial refund (regarding O/N *****) was received on March 26, 2022...See attached. However, the refund has not been issued. I've called this company several times and emailed them numerous times to check the status of the promised refund. They refuse to answer my calls or emails. To date, my bank has not received the refund. I only want them to honor their commitment and process the refund as agreed upon. I checked with my bank today, and it appears that the partial refund which was promised finally posted on June 14th. While I'm satisfied that the refund was processed, it was not completed in a timely manner. This business does not honor it's refund policy as posted on their website, and I find their lack of customer service troubling. It's taken several months and numerous follow up attempts to get the refund applied to my credit card. I will not purchase merchandise from them again.

      I ordered a dress March 21, 2022 and I received an order number but I never received any tracking number after a couple days pasted. I emailed them about it I've also even tried to call there is no one to contact me. No one to give me any type of information on if the order is lost or they are having trouble sending the order. I would like my dress from my order to be delivered before April 16, 2022. I would also like to speak to the company I have been very patient and respectful and even understandable. I know things could happen but it's ridiculous when you are not getting any type of information from no one

      I ordered 2 dresses from the company. I have pictures of the dresses on their website that I ordered. I did NOT receive the dresses that I ordered. I have pictures of the dresses I received. The dresses came in the mail March 28, 2022. I immediately sent an email to let them know I received the wrong dresses. After several emails, they emailed me back and said to give them 72 additional hours so they could review the return. That was on the 30th of March. I did not get a reply. I emailed back today and they responded by saying "made to order dresses could not be returned." They stated they would give me 50% back or 70% store credit. It was not a "made to order" dress. It was on their website. I want a full refund.

      On January 22nd, 2022, I placed an order from ShoppeApparel for a pair of shoes in the amount of $114.99. After significant delays in shipping, my order arrived on February 23 and was not as described. The shoes I ordered were listed as "purple" on the website and the shoes that arrived were bright pink and significantly lighter in shade than described. Pictures attached for reference. The business's return policy states up to 10 days for return, but requires that you get in touch with the business first in order to process. The company ignored both phone calls and emails until finally reaching back out to tell me that they will only provide me a 50% refund in store credit. This is not sufficient, as the items delivered were not as described by the company. After further attempts to get in touch with them they are unresponsive and the issue remains unresolved. I would like to request return information for my order and a full refund to my credit card, not store credit. Again, the item received was not what was shown on the website and I reached out and followed the directions well within the company's own return policy.
