Went into the store for a MacBook Pro computer support. I identified my disabilities but the staff was very hostile. I told I didn't have an appointment despite me showing them all numerous texts and emails confirming I had an appointment. They did not treat other customers this way. After I picked up my MacBook form the fix I was promised a call back to go over the fix. No one called. My battery then blew up, and I brought it into the store. I identified my disabilities and was told I was "next". I told them I could not sit on the stool without a back due to my back injuries. they said they didn't have any chairs so I had to stand and I would be "next". I waited an hour to be "next". While standing in excruciating pain I was able to witness the manager "*****" talking to other customers and refusing them service. I also witnessed "*****" gossiping about the customers after they had left in a very mean way. then I was told I had to come back for another "hour" because they "didn't have time" now. So I made an another appointment for that day. now I am driving 4 hours in one day. I drive back, they again tell me I don't have an appointment and try their best not to check me in. Finally they check me in after 30 seconds they tell me they won't swap the battery. I left, then feeling very upset about all the driving for nothing, and no service, I went back to get the managers email. That's when ***** came along, rolling her eyes at the tech who had seen me. I asked her: 1. Fix my login so I could check in smoothy with appointments 2. Get the promised callback for my MacBook Pro fix 3. Find a resolution to fix or replace battery for my phone. ***** then tells me "this is a family store, you have to leave". !!!!???? I am a MOM, I'm not swearing, or waving a gun around, or doing anything "non family". This was bizarre and discriminatory. I went home and emailed the store, no one ever responded.Business response
