On 04/05/24 I purchased a card from Pinzoo, only to find out afterward that it didn't work. I emailed them demanding a refund and they ignored it. I subsequently called and left a voicemail, which was also ignored, and called the next day, left another voicemail and haven't heard back.Business response

I used this company before. I did not have any issues with it. But lately they started acting weird.I bought a calling card 5 months ago, which I used without any problems fir about two months. Then suddenly it stopped working. I called customer service to fix the issue, instead I heard baseless accusations against those I call. When I complained about his attitude the guy I talked to hang-up on me and stopped taking my calls. He also refused to issue a refund of the remaining balance.I have also tried to get access to my account with ********************, it looks like my account is blocked with no possibility of resetting anything. I used their website to add minutes to a phone like I had since 07/2019. I hit an amount of $30 instead of $35 by accident. I tried to contact the customer service with no response. Finally almost a month later I get a response to add more money and there was no way to add the difference of $5. So my $30 remains in limbo, unavailable to me to use. Since I couldn't add $5 I wanted a refund of the $30 so I could buy the $35 plan that I needed. I ended up getting another $35 plan for last month because I had no other option at the moment.Initial Complaint

I have three ******************** refill orders from Pinzoo**** in 2020 (#XXXXXXX, #XXXXXXX, #XXXXXXX) but didn't apply the airtime right away as I used less wireless phone because of the pandemic. Earlier this year I could only see the last order in my account on Pinzoo****, all other 2020 orders are not accessible. The pin-code from the only accessible order #XXXXXXX does not work anymore: I contacted *** and I was told the pin-code was not in their system. I contacted Pinzoo**** and the floor manager said there's nothing they could do and asked me to provide proofs of not using these pin-codes. Shouldn't they provide proof that these pin-code were used? Besides, I cannot even see the pin-codes of two of these three orders. The manager was very rude in the phone call, and after the phone call he disabled my pinzoo**** account. I have been a long time customer of pinzoo**** with tens of orders from them, but not anymore. I have attached three email confirmations of my orders.
