Purchased this car from **** on 9/30/22 for the amount of XXXXXX and paid on 10/5 with a wire transfer *************************************************************************************************chevr**************************" This car was listed as running and drives good. When the car showed up. It showed up with flat tires, wouldn't start and was told it had to be towed on to the trailer. The car had a bad battery that has required being replaced. It a bad starter that has had to be replaced. The tires so badly cracked they won't hold air and will have to be replaced. Upon closer inspection have found rust in the fuel system. The car also had a busted ignition and the push button start listed in the auction was nothing more than a hotwire. When spoke to the sales agent, He stated he hasn't seen the car in months, and it been in another state at an auction site. Dealer stated that since he accepted my offer on the auction, he was already taking a loss and no further credits would be issued. This car was purchased in good faith that it was running and driving per the auction but wasn't. When negative feedback was left on ebay's site. He proceeded to cancel the auction and state he hadn't been paid to get the negative reviews removed. This is a very shady deal, and I have yet to receive the title for the car.
