      It arrived in a box way too big for it with no cushioning and taped by a toddler Im sure. Its been exposed to outdoor, warehouse, heaven knows. They said oh its washable. Are you kidding?????

      I feel like the quality for the price is so far off its a crime. they sell super faded, i think used carpets. Not even sure they are heavy enough to be called a carpet. then they provide incentives for excellent reviews. wow. what a broken system we have in this country. They charge $25 for returning an item even tho their website says first return is free.

      Quality has gone down hill. They don't stand behind their product if you have issues and customer service is hard to get a response out of. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend to anyone especially with it being a luxury price. Product will fall apart in a couple weeks.

      Do not buy these rugs!! Quality is terrible- they are paper thin, installing the rug will make you wish you spent good money on another brand and they make you PAY to return a rug youre unsatisfied with. On top of all this, they dont let you leave reviews on products until 50 days after your purchase. Super disappointed.

      The product is good, but if you encounter a customer service issue they will not answer the phone or emails. Terrible. I am still trying to get them to send me the item I ordered. They sent me the incorrect one. My last step will be to put a dispute with my credit card.

      **************** with this company is a joke! I have a rug that I have requested an exchange on. Unable to return for the exchange because by several e-mails I have gotten nothing back but a generic reply. The window closes on return/ exchange on this Oder by end of January.Phone lines are closed and e-mails of no help.I definitely will not order from this company ever again.

      Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life, and that says a lot. I ordered a rug that was too large (and the cover was 6 inches longer than the pad in both directions) and exchanged it. I was never refunded the original (almost $1000) and have been trying to reach out now for 3 weeks to get an answer as to why I was refunded for a smaller rug but not the large more expensive one. I was already charged for the replacement, but never refunded the original. I have written several emails, tried to chat but no one is ever there, tried to call but the phone line is down. I've gotten one response to an email that told me "2-4 weeks to ship rugs" when my subject line and question was literally WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY REFUND. I am totally done with this place after this experience. Which I had looked at these BBB reviews before ever ordering.

      I ordered something from ruggable. They make a good product, but the color of the product did not match so we wanted to get a new one. Instead of going through the exchange we went ahead and bought a new rug, because we wanted to keep the rug pad and just return our rug. Plus they have a completely unreliable customer service. We placed the order and when I went to file the return they only would let you return the entire rug system (rug and pad) I emailed them immediately (because you cannot call there number it is out of service) no response. I tried to talk to a person on there chat I opened 5-6 tickets to try to resolve this. I tried to cancel the order and it still hasnt been processed, even though my new order hasnt shipped. They have the worst customer service, and I meant that literally. Bad customer service is better than no customer service. They have no one that does there job in customer service. It makes this feel like a complete scam in a way. If you dont like your rug, you are screwed basically. I need help getting someone to reach out to me. As I stated, nice product but horrendous company.

      I placed an order this morning and immediately realized it was being delivered to the wrong address. I have been contacting the Company via email and their forms for TWO HOURS and have not received a response. There is no means for me to change the address. There is no auto chat feature. There is no phone number on the site. This should be a simple change, and instead my purchase *** end ** in the wrong hands because of NO customer service. I've ordered rugs from them before, but this is the first time I had an issue to address. Oh and that phone number in their contact information on BBB? "Our phone line is currently closed."

      Worst customer service I have ever had. There is no phone number to call for information. The number associated with customer service states that the number has been closed. The only way to correspond is via email. The email reply are vague and do not allow you to get into specifics. The orders take forever to ship. When you go into the order Status you can see that the order is in "creating" status for weeks. Also when you order there is no given time frame. You are at their mercy. I have ordered over 2K of rugs from this company in the last 3 years. Never again. How can you promote such a business with NO accountability for product and NO customer service that allows specific questions, issues or addressing problems. I feel ripped off and will Never recommend these rugs to anyone. Particularly since there are now many many washable type rugs like this on the market now. Very disappointing.
