Monday Sep 05/2022 I arrived to the dealer with my wife and my mom they stayed in the car while I went to check the cars. My wife came and we test drive one with one of the employees. We went inside the dealership to collect information. ******* sat with us and started asking for the basic information to check if the bank was going to approve, at this point I told him I wanted to speak with ******** the guy I was texting with or thats what I thought, he had sent me a text saying 0 down payment and that was the reason I went I had let them know I didnt have money for the down payment and they said they can work with 0 down. Once again I asked ******* that I wanted to speak with ******** before they run my credit, he kept asking for information paystubs and he asked to sign. ******** came and I told them dont run my credit if you cant offer me what you told me, he said he had to run my credit in order for them to see if I was approved. I ask him why they texted me 0 down after I told them my situation first time buyer no credit they kept offering 0 down. At this point I was getting bothered because I was going to check other dealers but I didnt want them to run my credit so many times in one day. He went run my credit show me the report and told they cant offer me 0 down he wanted **** down. ****** dealer called me I told them I was there and that they run my credit so they ask me to take a copy of the report they just printed so i dont have to run it again. I asked ******** he said he cant do that and with attitude and rude told me I can get it online for 1 dollar, he said pay a dollar online and get your report. I ask him nicely to let me see my report because the first time he just explained but I never got to see it right. He said no because you cant take it or a picture of it, I had already understood that but I wanted to see because the first time I wasnt able to see my report. I went to the office to see it and he went all up on me aggressiBusiness response

Hi ****, this is the gentlemen who after we ran his credit insisted on taking it with him. As per our agreement with the credit bureaus we are not able to release this information directly to consumers.
After explaining this, he threw a can of soda at my salesperson and threatened to come back with his gang and shoot everybody. We called the Police, and he was apprehended, but we did not press any charges.
