This company claims that we ordered a case of medical gloves. We have never order from this company. They claim that one of our employees ordered them, she did not. They claim the order was place in February 2023, but they were not delivered until June 2023. We did not receive any invoices as Purity claims until June 2023, then proceeded to turn us over to collections for nonpayment. After researching and obtaining a tracking number from Purity, *** confirms a delivery that one of our employees signed for. This was clearly a case as previously reported in previous complaints that they obtained a name of one of our staff and fraudulently placed an order to be sent to us. They are scammers, PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company.Review from Practice O

***************** that calls and tricks unsuspecting employees into authorizing an order. Someone called our office and asked if we use gloves, got the name of the employee, then sent gloves to that person's attention. This company then sent a statement at an outrageous markup, over $300 for a box of gloves. It crosses all sorts of ethical lines, everyone should be aware of this type of scam. When calling to dispute the invoice, the rep/owner became belligerent and said we would be sent to collections. Note we only use Amazon, ********, and *********************** for medical products and in over 7 years of business have never ordered from another vendor. Be aware of this company!Review from Samm H

Absolute scam artists. Called my office claiming that our glove manufacturer is not going to be able to provide us with gloves anymore and that all non sterile gloves are going to be 'very hard to find'- claimed we needed to order a case of gloves. We assumed they weren't lying and took their word for it. Received the invoice and never received the product. Ended up calling our actual manufacturer after the fact and realizing we got scammed. horrible scamming company they call you and act like they are helping you and they are just confusing you. just like the other reviews say they do the same thing to this day! unfortunately, they got me as they kept calling EVERYDAY until i talked to them and they always called during my busy morning times never my slow times as i asked or when i tried to call them they never took my call only called me back. i paid for 1 invoice and never got the product then they called again and did the same thing to me however this time i caught on to their scheme and did not pay and have yet got the product of small and medium gloves they said we would be getting "eventually due to back up" YEAH RIGHT. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY BEWARE OF SCAM
