These two Diana and Rosemarie the owners gave My Fiance and I THE Worst experience I've had with a business in awhile. We have recently incorporated our small family business and we were recommended to them by a family friend who also runs a business ...at first I was dealing with Rosemarie and she was quite sweet until it time came to getting into the books and that's when we met Diana. Being that we are a new corporation and we basically wanted to set up and establish The best and most convenient way for us to log our records for them. Unfortunately in return we were bombarded with a series of questions and remarks that honestly made my fiance and I very uncomfortable and feeling stupid. I have no problem eating my humble pie and admitting I may have made a mistake. We had this setup witg Incorporate. Com so if something needs to be fixed I am more then willing to get it fixed but Diana instead again made smart remarks saying I don't know whT I'm doing and have no business experience....but the truth is I've been in the industry for 15 years and now I'm trying to go out on my own. So nooo she's right I don't know much about taxes or bookkeeping or payroll but isn't that what your job is?? Isn't that what is was willing to pay you whatever for ...I said I'm willing to pay for your services and some if you can help us get this setup for my family and I. Instead I was met with an attitude of of a person who feels good for looking dow at you. You wasted my family's time and you also have stole a deposit from us for literally wasting our ti.e and teasing us. Diana your are terrible person and are not helpful at your Job Amd

Diane is extremely rude. Initially. My fiancé and I were helped by Rosemarie who was very pleasant and offered us great service. We are starting a business and trying to figure out the best way to do our book keeping. Diane was rude, condescending, she offered no sound advice and worst of all they did not do the work that was promised to us. We have them a $100.00 deposit to start our taxes and after 2 weeks and no follow up we decided to reach out. We were told our case was too difficult and that they would be keeping our money . Understandably we’re furious . Do not waste your time with these people ! They don’t know what there doing and they are after your money !
