If they are don't want to fix my car correctly and right i would be ok to get a full refund. i paid all this money i just want my car fixed right without having any problems since they had me pay for it all i want is to have it done correctly. thank you hope to hear from you soon.

TH E FACT IS MR ***** HAS ALREADY BEEN COMPENSATED HE TOWED HIS CAR IN ON 10/07/2020 IT WOULD NOT MOVE ON ITS OWN ..WE REMOVED THE TRANSMISSION THE CUSTOMER ASKED DOES IT LOOK NEW I JUST HAD IT REPLACED IN OAKLAND TECH TOLD HEM I CANT TELL IT IS SO DESTROYED THE FLYWHEEL IS WARPED AND MELTED .THE CLUTCH HAD BEEN DESTROYED .IT WAS SO ABUSED THAT IT HAD TO HAVE A NEW FLYWHEEL WHICH IS NOT NORMALLY REPLACED . WE HAD TO ORDER THE PARTS FROM BMW DEALER HIS CAR IS EQUIPPED WITH A V8 ENGINE AND NOT MANY WERE PRODUCED WITH A MANUAL TRANSMISSION .BMW PARTS FROM THE DEALER COMES WITH A 2 YEAR PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY WHICH MEANS IF THE PART FAILS UNDER NORMAL USAGE THEY WILL REPLACE AND INSTALL THE PART . AFTER RECEIVING THE PARTS WE INSTALLED NEW CLUTCH PRESSURE PLATE,CLUTCH DISC CLUTCH RELEASE BEARING ,CLUTCH PIVOT PIN ,ENGINE DUAL MASS FLYWHEEL ,AND CLUTCH PRESSURE PLATE BOLTS . CLUTCH WORKED PERFECTLY JUST LIKE A NEW BMW MR ***** COMPLAINED THAT THE PEDAL WAS TOO EASY TO PUSH WE INFORMED HIM THAT ALL OF THE PARTS ARE BMW FACTORY PARTS ORDERED FROM DEALER WITH THE VI.N , THAI'S THE WAY IT IS DESIGNED TO FEEL HE PROBABLY NEED A NEW FLYWHEEL IN OAKLAND BUT THEY DID NOT INSTALL ONE WHICH WOULD MAKE THE PEDAL HARD TO PUSH HE TOOK MY BMW TECH ON A DRIVE WHERE HE PROCEEDED TO DOWNSHIFT FROM 3RD @45 MPH TO 1ST GEAR THEN TAKE 1ST GEAR UP THE REST OF THE WAY TO RED LINE THEN SHIFT TO 2ND AND THAT HE DRIVES BIG RIG TRUCKS AND HE SHOULD BE ABLE TO SHIFT THE TRANS INTO ANY GEAR AT ANY SPEED THE TECH TOLD HIM THATS NOT THE WAY ITS SUPPOSED TO BE DRIVEN . AS A RESULT OF HIS ABUSIVE DRIVING HE DESTROYED THE NEW FACTORY CLUTCH AGAIN . SO HE CAME BACK IN AND INFORMED ME THAT HIS CLUTCH WAS GOING OUT I TOLD HIM THAT THE PARTS WERE FROM THE DEALER AND THEY WERE UNDER WARRANTY BUT THE CONDITION OF THE WARRANTY IS THEY HAVE TO TAKE IT APART AND INSPECT IT AND IF IT BROKE UNDER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR IT WILL BE COVERED COMPLETELY PARTS AND LABOR . YOU JUST HAVE TO AGREE TO THE LABOR FOR THE TEAR DOWN IF ITS NOT. HE DLDNT WANT THEM TO INSPECT IT HE KNEW THE WAY HE WAS TREATING THE CLUTCH SO I TOLD HIM I WAS WILLING TO HELP HIM ONE TIME ONLY THAT I WOULD INSTALL A NEW CLUTCH AGAIN NO CHARGE PARTS AND LABOR BUT THATS IT SO MR. ***** AND MRS. ***** AGREED SO WE MOVED FORWARD ORDERED NEW PARTS FROM DEALER AND WHEN THEY WERE DELIVERED WE HAD HIM TOW HIS CAR IN REMOVED TRANSMISSION AND REPLACED ALL CLUTCH RELATED PARTS AS BEFORE CLUTCH WAS SEVERLY ABUSED LIKE BEFORE THE FRICTION MATERIAL WAS RIPPED OFF DISC IN PIECES AS FOR THE FIRST PART OF HIS DECEPTION THAT WE WORKED ON HIS POWER STEERING HE SAID HE HAD A LEAK AND THERE WASNT ONE IT HAD ENGINE OIL LEAKS AND HE AUTHORIZED THOSE REPAIRS AND WE LOOKED AT THOSE WHEN TOWED BACK IN AND THEY WERE STILL DRY. SO WHEN HE CAME IN TO PICKUP HE SIGHED THAT THIS IS THE LAST CLUTCH WE WILL PROVIDE HIS WARRANTY NOW IS WITH THE BMW DEALER .

      Customer response

      11/05/2021

I am rejecting this response because: Most of the information that the business (European automotive Repair inc.) is fabricated. I never informed the owner that i  had repairs done in Oakland Ca,  let alone never been to Oakland in car period. when i took the car into the shop the first time i had only owned the car for about 2 months and it broke down so i took it to them to diagnose and repair items needed on vehicle also wanted them to look at power steering  because  that was one issue i was having with the car. At pick up they informed me nothing was wrong with power steering system yet 7 months after repairs power steering went out.  After repairs I complained to owner about clutch smell before i left the shop owner said smell was just because left over particle and will take time for smell to go away (it never did). Since last repair  have driven the car 197 miles and clutch is smelling still without even driving (at Idle) same as before. The car was still under the warranty and yet the owner is giving me a hard time about fixing what his guys supposedly fixed. he recommended i take car to BMW cause that's where he purchased the parts from (but what if he bought the parts from autozone am i supposed to take the car to autozon to get the car fixed again) no. Makes no sense what so ever, Not to mention most of the repairs they were supposed to fix were not fixed properly and are giving me problems now. Yes i drove big rigs and motorcycles and my last car was a standard and i never had issues with the transmission, i told him that to let him know my background with standards. A person that has never driven a standard transmission would not burn out a clutch in 10 months and nor would the clutch smell at idle. Owner said that i was ridding clutch with technician in car that was a lie i downshifted from 4th to 3rd at 45 mph yes and if that was wrong explain to me how. If in first gear 0mph-25mph second 25mph-35mph,  3rd 35mph-45mph fourth 45mph-55mph  not once redlined or even close (and that is being conservative) how is that even possible.
