I made a purchase online for $65.36 for two items. When I open the first item, card holder, it was delivered to me damaged with the leather peeling. I contacted the company and they refunded me $7.56 oppose to replacing the item. Then this past week I open the second item (Vitamin C serum) and it was spoiled. It is dark in color and has a smell to it. I called the company during their advertised hours on there webpage but got a voice recording to call back during business hours or leave a message. I left a message and did not received a return call. I left a message yesterday on April 8th again even though I called during business hours. I again left a message today during business hours and have yet to receive a call back. When calling their number it keeps a recording to say to call back during business hours. I want a replacement of the product I ordered. If they claim to no longer carry they can send me the 20% Vit C of the same brand.Initial Complaint

I purchased a bottle of perfume from Beautyencounter.com and I paid extra $21.94 for "2nd Day Air" shipping as listed on the confirmation. When the item was shipped, it was shipped via **** Ground". I send an email to the merchant and the merchant denied they delayed the shipping and asked me "what delays are you talking about?". It is a common sense that is significant difference between "Air" and "Ground", not only in definition but also in price. I want to request a refund for the extra shipping charge I paid or return the item for a full refund. According to ****** review, this merchant is an expert in this kind of expedited shipping charge scam.Initial Complaint

i was sent some merchandise that is past the expiration date. I would like a full refund. The *** will not return my emails or acknowledge my numerous attempts to contact them. I filed a complaint on their web site as well.
