              The owner of this business took our deposit of $400 on a bed rental that was much needed for our severely ill mother. He called and delayed the delivery of the bed that we were supposed to receive. Coincidentally, our mother qualified for hospice care before the bed was delivered. When we called to cancel our order, the owner told us that several people had already called to rent the SAME bed so he was not going to return our deposit! Upon reminding him that we DIDNT receive anything from him he decided to return only half of the deposit. His business practices are very shady and he certainly doesnt care about the situation that he puts people in. In my opinion, it certainly sounds like he has his excuses of not returning peoples money down to a science.

              Dear *************************, We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. We understand that during stressful situations any unforeseen circumstances adds to your current stress level. It is never our in intention to be shady especially after being in business for 22 years. Under this particular situation two other patients that were also in desperate need of a hospital bed were denied a bed and even had a hard time finding one elsewhere. Not to mention that we lost the revenue along with the ability to help these customers. We hope that you understand our policy of cancellations on rentals results in a 50% charge of the deposit. We hope that we have the change to serve you again in the future.
