I purchased a 2023 Nissan rogue in July 2023,I had vehicle a little over a month when it began having mechanical issues.Such as slipping into neatrul while driving,little to no power while accelerating and not recognizing it was in park which caused the vehicle to only go in reverse then eventually shut down and disabled all together.I had it towed into Nissan as it is still covered under warranty and explained my issue they kept my vehicle a week without any updates until the last day.They were rude and didn't even want to assist in the first place.I went to pick up my vehicle and was told it was not covered under warranty because "it appeared a soda or something exploded in the dash"quoted by "****" in service department.I was also told they were going to roll it out back on the street or charge me per day as it sat on there lot.They never gave me any formal diagnostic or paperwork nothing at all on file from the supposed service work that was done.I paid out of pocket that day to have it towed back to my house and when the tow truck driver arrived all the wiring in dash was torn out and not put back together as well as broken pieces,as well as a sticky substance that looked like coffee spilled everywhere down into dash under seats and filling cup holders,blood stains on seat.They gave me back only one working key fob.The vehicle was not at all in that condition when left with them.They are refusing to fix or service it again due to "how I approached them about the situation" so now I'm stuck with a new vehicle that's undrivable at all.At first they said they would fix it if I filed a insurance claim even though the original issue was under warranty now nothing.Ive bought 4 vehicles from them and the past 2 have been nothing but issues when it comes to their service center.Very rude and unprofessional I've had a car vandalized twice while under their care and when it comes to servicing a vehicle they find every reason not to cover it when it should be.
