When I first signed up for Solar I decided to cancel my plan with Sunpower and move forward with Future. I went this route because the team that helped me 100% guaranteed their professionalism, their service, and their equipment. Of course I always do research to the best I can and so I decided to put my trust in them. Not even more than 2 years in and the system has stopped twice already not generating anything for months. Now I usually check my application but what they guaranteed was that when such a situation occurs their team will be notified so we will never run into these issues and so it can be resolved asap. Almost 2 years later though and now they blame me for not constantly looking at the application and not catching this myself on time. When I state this has been the worst customer service on top of so much more I can go on about, IT IS! I will definitely NOT be adding more panels with them in the future because they do not represent FUTURE at all! I will also NOT be recommending them to anyone after the way they have failed me as a customer. One that that truly trusted them with their services. I feel so deceived and undervalued on a system Ive been paying thousands for when it should have been saving me money. However, I cant even receive any type of empathy nor reimbursement for the money I now have to pay PG&E for those months of no connection. I wish I can go back and undo the review I first left when it was just installed for the credit. That was a complete scam and would have preferred no credit to provide a rating after actually having the equipment for some time. NEVER AGAIN after spending my hard earned money on a system and company that doesnt care about their customers and puts the blame on them.

We are very pleased with our Solar installation. The crew was very professional, polite, and helped educate us on our new system. My questions after installation are always addressed promptly. I loved they are pro-veteran! I would recommend Future Energy Savers to anyone looking to add Solar to their home.

Door to door salesperson ignored the CLEARLY posted no soliciting sign. I politely told her NUMEROUS times that I am not interested which she would ignore and continue on with her sales pitch when she initially said she "wasn't there to sell me anything" and then got snarky with me when I politely asked her to leave my property. In the event I do decide to get solar, I will not be giving my business to a company that trains such disrespectful, lying, illiterate employees. I can see why there are so many fake paid reviews as all of the low rated reviews had the exact same experience I just did today.

We seniors and retired. Initially agreed to and sold a 6Kw+battery system for $34,000 with a tax insentive. After the installation we received the final loan papers showing a $50,000 loan was taken out for the system without our permission or notification, thus tripling our fixed income monthly energy expenditure to $400+ from $150+/-. Further investigation gave evidence that the sales person lied to us and that there will never be a tax incentive as advertised from the state or federal for this system expense. I want this system removed immediately, my roof repaired, and this contract nullified.

We had been thinking about going solar for a few years but just never wanted to wade down the path of sales pitches. Also I never really felt the value was there yet between cost and savings. We finally decided to explore the current options and after a couple of presentations, we were still a bit confused. When we talked to James from Future Energy Savers of Elk Grove, we learned what the true value of a solar system could be, especially when properly engineered with a battery system that works for us everyday. The team at Future designed a system that is properly sized for our house using using upgraded Solaria panels (at no added cost) and top of the line Generac products for inverters and a 9Kw (expandable to 18Kw) battery. The battery charges every day from the solar panels, then powers 4 electrical breakers (when the panels stop producing) every evening. That saves a lot of premium time of use power that we normally would be paying PG&E for. Future Energy Savers did an excellent job of designing our system and just as good a job at installing it. They took care of all of the paperwork to comply with our HOA and the city building permits as well as PG&E requirements. With all of the options that are out there these days for solar products and installers, it’s important to make sure you are using someone that truly understands todays products and how they can best serve us, the consumers, to make the true valve of going solar worth the price. Future Energy Savers is one of those companies. I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself if needed.

I purchased my solar panels in ******************************************** knowing until I got my electric **** 4 months later because the were not monitoring them like they were supposed too, had a technician come out to fix it turns out that it needs a new inverter and they said it might take a month to get her, so now I'm stuck paying for my solar panels loan that are not working and a high electric **** and no one wants to credit the lost of usage of the solar panels.

No customer service. I challenge you to try to contact ANYONE.

This company is awesome. I have shopped around for solar over the last couple of years and never found a company that fit all of my needs. Being a local family operated company means a lot to me. On top of that they are veteran friendly! Future Energy did not disappoint. ***** ***** and **** walked med through every step of each process from sales, to finance options, to engineering and installation. The experience was great and the installers were awesome, they paid special attention to ensure they cared for my home and were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Huge for me! If I could give Future Energy a 10/10/10 for Service, Value, and Customer Satisfaction, I would.

The whole process from pre-sale to installation went very smoothly. The system has been running very well. The solar path analysis and panel placement was determined on one day in a few hours, and the installation of the system was done on a second day. The system was neatly positioned and installed. The solar panels are very responsive to solar power generation and are mounted esthetically on the roof. It was reality tested during the storm outages of December 2021. As the system pushes power back to the electric company, my power credits have eliminated my electric charges and now the only cost is the electric company connection fees which are minimal. I would highly recommend such a system which provides access for monitoring via the internet or an iphone app, and provides more than enough power for daily household demands. I am totally pleased.
