They spent 30 minutes at my house and charged $314. This is nearly double what they charge previously. My bad for assuming they would still be reasonably priced and not asking. They wanted over an additional $300 to put a new cap on the roof vent. Cleaning a dryer vent does not require a skilled engineer. I will not be using them again.

Hi *******, I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the pricing. Unfortunately, as you know, everything has gone up, materials and supplies, gas, cost of living in general. We did have to raise our prices slightly as well. I looked in my data base to see what you were charged prior, but I do not have a ***************************** in my system. Are you sure this is the correct Dryer Vent Wizard, or could it be under a different name? We are a franchise this may be another location. I have also combed through May and June I do not see you on the calendar at all. Please contact me direct so we can get to the bottom of this. I would hate to have a review on BBB and it's not my company.
