      PBCM ************** has been harassing my work daily and has been harassing family members after late hours at night. This is not legal. When I try to call back it's a fax machine sounds. Noone is willing to assist from this number, however they still be harassing my work and family members. This needs to stop.

      **************' delinquent account was placed with our agency for collection on September 3, 2021.  To date, our representative has left five messages for a return call.  The messages were left between the hours of 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m., Pacific Time.  If ************** is calling outside of normal business hours, she may leave a message for a return call.  She may also reach our manager, *************************, by calling her direct at *********************.  Her email address is **************************************.  **************** will be able to assist in setting up a repayment plan.

      I have received texts from Professional Bureau of Collections of Maryland, Inc. They said that they were contacting me on behalf of ******************* **** regarding a bad check to ******* on 11/21/2019 on my mother's old bank account that I was put on after my father died. That account was closed on 2/19/2019 so it is impossible that there was a check written on that account on 11/21/2019 because it did not exist. I told them to send me a copy of a returned check and some man calling himself *********************** just responded and gave me an address to forward a payment. I told him that I was not sending a payment for anything because there was no way that the check was real.

      I owe money to Comanche Nation Casino and they turned it over to Telecheck services professional Bureau of Collections and we agreed on a settlement of 2;500.00 in 3 payments of 840.00 each. The first payment I sent by Cashiers check so I have that receipt but the last 2 came from my debit card or Bank account number. They said the would send me a receipt of paid in full after 30 days but I never got it. It’s been months and I e clled and talke to several people and Chris is one . They told me they would get it sent to my home address but I dint ever get it. Now th number I lways called says cnt be calle from this area code. The number was 1(800)270-3685 Ext **** that is Chris’s extension . All I want is a paid in full letter sent to my home address. ** ***** ***** ********* *** *****. They sent me an email and said a letter was sent the same day to my address but I never got it. Thank you

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
      ,I’m sorry but I never got a message that the collections agency had even esponded. What did they say. Are they sending me a paid in full letter because that is the only thing that I will be satisfied   With.NO IS MY ANSWER.Thank you
