This company is a total sham!! Do not purchase from Keenwalk.com. I ordered sandals that were described as leather, bunion correcting, with three areas of arch support for $58.77. I received a plastic bag package shipped from the **** with a pair of cheap, plastic, smashed, smelly shoes. They are not leather, have nothing for bunion correction, and have no arch support. The claim an "iron-clad" money back guarantee with "absolutely ZERO risk" in buying and trying. When I tried to return, they offered an exchange which I refused. Then they said I would have to return them to China and because the shipping was so expensive they would provide me a special offer of refunding 10% of my purchase and I wouldn't have to return the shoes. I said absolutely not and that I would pursue action for their blatantly false advertising and guarantee claims. I don't expect any acceptable resolution with this disreputable company. I filed a dispute with my credit card, so hopefully I will have some protections there.

Shoes poor quality, arrive in plastic bag. For a return you must send to ***** and pay shipping. There is no mention of this return when buying. They have been shipped from multiple cities and states. I fell into this shameful so called business.Poor, poor, poor quality.
