I emailed this business (MsHormony LLC) multiple times for months about an item that I ordered in August 8th, 2022 that was never delivered (and supposedly began shipping August 13th, 2022). I have received only one reply saying "I will check your order status and get back to you" (Nov. 5th, 2022), with no response since. In the tracking information it says "Delivery Exception, Animal Interference" but with no option for recourse.It has been 5 months with no information and I would simply like to be refunded for my order. I am seeking a refund for my order. The shipping policy indicates ***** days for US deliveries, and it has been 5 months. The original delivery address is no longer valid.Here are details about the order:The item was the "Cute Giant Salamander Dragon Huggable Fur Plush Stuffed Pillow Doll Gift" in green and 120cm length priced at $109.95USD.Order number is: ORDER #****. Hello, We are Trolion **** doing business as "Rush49.com" or "Rush49". This customer has mistaken us for some other business.
Moreover, we sell electronic tickets to events and experiences, and as such do not "ship" any physical products.
Please remove this complaint ASAP.

Rush49 sells fraudulent tickets to visit the ***************************. We have no agreement with them for them to do us. They do not pay us any money. They are seeking to cheat customers, and a small nonprofit. They must stop selling tickets to the *************************** immediately.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/08/11) */ As per the customer's request we already refunded the customer immediately after she contacted our Customer Service Department. I have attached the refund receipt for the same. Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/08/11) */ ***Document Attached*** Regarding the complaint we sold the fraudulent ticket, we had an agreement with them which I have attached. Once the merchant reached out to us about closing the deal, we followed through and made the payment. Also I have attached the payment made to the merchant in relation to tickets sold and the email correspondence we had with the merchant.
