We are so happy with the carport we purchased from Carports and more. We ordered our carport back in October and were told that the installation would be in mid to late spring. We had a hard winter here in ****** ***** and it looked like we would not get our carport installed until June. After talking to ************** at Carports and more the crew from Carports and More showed up here at our house on May 3rd while it was snowing and rainy and installed our carport. It looks great and is really built better than we expected. The crew that installed the carport was amazing.I would recommend Carports and More to everyone who is looking for a carport. We paid the deposit, and now have waited 4 months with no date of install available. No one will give us real answers, other than the fact that our order is under $5000, and will basically be squeezed in after the more important customers are taken care of, that spend $5000 or more. Very dissatisfied with this business and the companies used to do the installs.

I would like to clarify that my review on 5/4/2022 was geared more towards ********************************* ***** bad business ethic. I have nothing good or bad to say about ***************************** at this point.

The customer was informed from the beginning that smaller orders are grouped with larger orders for the purpose of filling a load/run. The contract for this unit was signed January 25th, 2022, and specifically stated ORDERS UNDER $5000.00 ARE FILL ORDERS AND NO SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME IS PROMISED. This is the case with all most all the manufacturers, with the current prices of fuel the crews must make sure a run if profitable or they cant do them. The order was cancelled on May 5th and deposit refunded. On May 12th a position in a run was available so Carolina ********************** called the customer and offered the spot. They agreed however Carports and More had to contact Carolina ********************** and reopen the order and only had a few hours to confirm it was ok. The run was scheduled, the crew showed up to install the unit at around 5 to 5:30 only to be turned away because the manager of the facility wouldnt stay an hour or so, so the unit could be installed. This was unfortunate and Carports and More wishes that Carolina ********************** policy would change. However after all the extra work done to get the order out even after it had been cancelled I would think the manager of the facility could have found a way to stay so all the parties involved would be happy.

I worked with **** back in October to get the perfect garage ordered. He talked me through everything and made sure I made the right choices with roof type, augers, etc. he was personable and took time to talk with me every time I called. He explained to me right up front that our project wouldnt be installed until Spring of 2022 which was fine due to the winter. The installation was fast and efficient. Our 26 by 40 foot garage went up in half a day. It looks awesome and seems very sturdy. I will also mention the price was incredibly affordable for what we got. I will order from them again for sure.

Bill ***** (With the help of Vanessa) worked very hard in getting my carport installed! It will be a real asset as I live in Elco Nevada and have lots of snow here. It’s good looking and very tough. This is my first online order of a metal carport. I chose Carports and More initially because of the excellent website and very competitive pricing. I had questions and communication was excellent, with all concerns and questions answered satisfactorily. **** ***** was my contact and his professionalism and knowledge was a tremendous help. Installation was quick and very professional. The installation crew put up a 10x20 with 8 foot sides in 2 hours, ***!!! These guys are good. I am very happy with the carport and highly recommend Carports and More. Make sure you ask for **** *****, he will guide you through the process and make sure you are pleased with your purchase. My neighbor now wants a carport, but much bigger. You will not be disappointed!!!!
