      This is the worst service ever. They don't know how to respect people and evaluate their time. I made an appointment with them to diagnose a problem in my 2015 toyota Sienna automatic sliding door, and I arrived at the time (11:30 am) and a woman of the staff took my car and told me it will take one to two hours to diagnose the problem. I wait there more than three hours and they do nothing. I ask the women how long it is going to take more because I need to bring my children from school. She said I don't know, and they need more time for that. But I had to go. They tried to make me lease a car from them and leave my car there, but I asked them to bring my car and leave. She said they were working in my car, and they disassembled the door and needed time to assemble the door, but I insisted on taking the car and leaving. She took two minutes to bring the car, and that meant that they weren't working with my car. She was mad and threw the key and told me to go and take the car. The car sliding door stopped working after it was opened and closed suddenly when I was driving in the freeway and the window glass broke too. Toyota expanded the warranty for nine years because some of the door parts have defects. They have to do the repair for free, but they wanted to charge me $195 for diagnosing the problem only and then see how much the parts cost. I will contact toyota usa and complain at better businesses bureau. They are non-professional and so rude and try to rip people too.

      The worst customer service and zero experience when it comes to solving problems. I have purchased a rav4 se from Toyota recently and I found a problem in it. Water literally was leaking into the car everytime I took it to the car wash. There was obviously a problem with it and when I took it to the dealer they refused to communicate or come up with a solution saying that there's nothing wrong with the car. Then I called the main Toyota office and requested someone to come with me and witness the problem but they didn't bother to even do that. They gave a car that had too many flaws when I paid a lot of money. I'm in the process of filing a lawsuit because I refuse to be a victim of this scam. Literally ruining the reputation of Toyota. They totally treat their customers as if they're idiots and don't listen to what they got to say. I have the right to get something that worths the money I paid.Mazin Afghani

      I took in my Toyota Sienna for service on 08/10/2021 for service. There were two issues that the warranty had to send an inspection to approve the requested service. I had to wait. I live in Calexico, two hours away from the dealer. I left a my van a couple of days. On Friday 13, ( three days later) I was informed that the car needed new brakes, and I authorized the charge.On august 20th, I was on my way to pick up the car, once I arrive at the dealer I was told that parts, ( that had to be re-order because of wrong order had just arrived. ). I was asked to continue to leave the car to "complete the job" I could not, and I took the van because i had to work, i was told to return the van to install missing parts that were not installed. On Thursday the 27th, I drove back to the dealer for two hours to drop off the van, I was assured that it was going to take only 24 hours , Friday at 6: pm more then 24 hours I was informed that the van was not going to be ready until monday by 4 pm. I drove again to the dealer monday at 4 pm to pick up the Van, again it was not ready. According to the agent, the mechanic was not able to touch the van because he had to work on other cars. I had to return to my house and drove back again for 2 more hours. This has been one of the worst experiences I ever had. I have been taking my cars to Mossy for several years, I own 4 cars that I take to them for service. I am probably one of the few customers that puts the time to complaint, can you imagine all the customers that just decide not to take their cars in any more or decide not to purchase a vehicle from this dealer because the terrible service? if they dont have enough mechanics, why is management allowing service managers to receive and charge for work they can not complete. Why are they not planning or hire additional or temporary help.I drive an 8 passanger van and I was place on a versa car rental. I have been without my van since the 10th of August and is already august 30th, and the van is not ready for something simple. I have been to several dealers and this is the first time i am dealing with something like this. Toyota should not allow to associate the quality of their cars with such a terrible customer service. I am a very dissatified customer with ********************** dealer of el cajon, Mossy Toyota, I completely lost trust.
