      Mossy Nissan El Cajon lied to me more then once. First l have a 2015 Nissan Versa and after no one could believe a transmission could be dead at only ****** miles l found out it was. I got a quote that Missy Nissan matched that is two times more then the value of car,but you trapped only ******,l guess they want you to throw the car away. I dropped the car off and told the service writer if there are any other immediate problems to not put the transmission in and will take the car back. The service writer **** lied. He said there was no immediate other fixes.Tgen l saw the email with $1800 ***** of other stuff needed and $1100 immediate. I called them only sales people on Sunday and they promised to leave him the message not to install the transmission.Monday morning when they opened l talked to **** and told him not to install the transmission because these in red" immediate fixes with the transmission would be three times over blue book price and no one would do that. I wanted to tow the car home with AAA. He said he call me after a chat with manager. He never called back till seven hours later and acted like l never asked him to stop installed . His exact words your car is ready the transmission is in. I tried to get help from Nissan Consumer Complaints they would not listen. Now l have a Nissan Versa with only ****** miles on it a $5000 transmission with only a one year ****** mile warranty and $1100 more immediate fix and $700 soon that Bots the service writer lied about the immediate part and lied about talking to the manager and calling me back. I am three times over blue book in and can not afford the immediate fixes he lied about. Mossy Nissan is ROBBERS and LlARS. They should never be trusted in any way. Pathological trained lying and manipulation that will put you in poverty and still have no car. Avoid any Nissan dealership like the plague.200,000 mile ****** is ****** miles. They pretend you did not say stop and hide the expensive it needs.EVIL GREED.

      I test drove the car the next day and I was clear while test driving, I asked about ventilated seats. ***** the salesgirl, showed me how to turn them on. Of course, I bought the car. The following Friday I noticed I didnt have ventilated seats. I called the salesgirls and stated thus, she said I said I wanted heated seats. She called me back and said the in price is $10k and I was ok with that. A few minutes later another woman called and said the price difference was $28k because they would take the first car on trade. Apparently, cars depreciate 20K in one week. I said no its not that important. The salesgirl called back and haggled with me for awhile and we agreed to 18k. While at Nissan she shared with me her favorite music bands, etc. I picked up the newer car and was on my way.The following week **** wanted to come to my home and was very persistent. She wanted to fill out the survey so she would receive her bonus. I was extremely nervous but let her over anyway. She started talking about how she couldnt afford a house and rarely goes out also she gave me dating advice, so she opened the personal conversation.I sent her an email at some point asking if she would like to be plutonic friends and that I would pay for everything because she seemed she couldnt pay for much. I got no response from her, so I figured she didnt want to be plutonic friends, so I dropped it.Yesterday I got an email from the ** stating the email was highly inappropriate. I wrote back and told him that he should get both sides of the story and told him how hard it is for me to make friends because of the disability. He replied saying from now on if I was at the dealership, I could only deal with him directly. I said I would go to another dealer. I am NOT the bad guy here. All I did was send an innocent email.I am allowed to only deal with the **. If this isn't dropped I am forced to open a civil suit will also send the completed letter to others.

      I was ripped off by mossy El Cajon... Charged $664.00 to replace door handle on 2007 Versa. I am 85 year old woman. I am low-income and asked if I could get a discount.. Didn't get it. Stay away. from El Cajon.!!

      Thank you for reaching out and we are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the cost of the repair. We did do everything we could do assist you with the cost of the repair with a discount of $366.84. $206.84 on the actual repair and we waived the diagnostic fee of $160. Many times with components like a door handle they can be costly repairs. We hope you understand that there is only so much we are able to do on cost and we feel we went above and beyond in this case typically we would not discount a service by 37%. Thanks

      Lady's and Gentlemen please beware of the finance person trying to sell you items you do not need like an alarm system that doesn't work it's a scam. They pressure you and keep on please do not fall for it they are liar's and dishonest people. Please pass it forward stay away from Mossy Nissan El Cajon and in closing they will do nothing to help you after you sign the papers. **** C

      I searched ***** Blue Book regarding my car. When I went to Mossy Nissan and entered the same data, they told me the *** value was $2000 less than *** told, me directly.

      I made schedule for oil change and still took them 3 hours for oil change. Worst experience ever and not recommend for anyone!!
