This company is a fraud. They take your money on make up assessments, break your appliances worse, caused my house to flood, used masking tape and said it was fixed. Charged me $375 totally ruin my washer, flood my house, and keep my money. DO NOT USE This Comapny

OMG! this compony is the worst ever.Needs a minus -5 rating The service agent came to my place named ******. He had no idea why my refridgerator was beeping and told me he would get back to me later that day. He did not call so I contacted him the next day to ask how much to fix refridgerator and he said $4,995. I was like WTF? the actual refridgerator was less than $3,000 and I could buy a new one for less. Then i want on ******* and searched ***** refridgerator alarm going off and there was a video that said the alarm goes off when there is too much food or the temp is off so I fixed the temperature and the alarm went off and it i working fine. I tried to put in a stop payment on my credit card for the bogus service charge but I don't think it is easy to remove a service charge so I believe this company is fake. They run around all day collecting $99.95 for nothing. They lie to customers and try to rip you off more if they can.

Unfortunately and stupidly, I chose this company and regret it. I am sharing this information because I hope to help others steer clear from this company. The repair on my washing machine was misdiagnosed. They stated the cost to repair it would be $400 for the part and repair. After waiting 2 1/2 weeks for this part, the tech arrived to the scheduled appointment and within three minutes assessed that an additional $300 plus part would be needed. At that point I asked him to leave my home but I still had to pay the $145 service charge.

I had great customer ********************** from the technician **** in diagnosing defrost issues with my ancient fridge. He got it up and running. He was very knowledgeable about appliances, and also very kind.I'm recovering from a broken hip, and *** was so helpful in cleaning up the considerable amount of dirt that had accumulated over the years behind the fridge. It was much appreciated.

Technician came to house and charged a 92-year-old woman $490 and didnt fix the problem. Made her sign and pay before he even did any work. I called the owner ****** and he could care less about the situation told me to have a nice day and hung up the phone. I do not recommend this company.

My four year old wash machine went out and ***** came out on Saturday to take a look. It wasn't cost effective to fix but was happy with the service. He was very friendly and came within the time frame provided. Would definitely contact them again.

Reliable has Excellent service. Was able to schedule a service visit quickly. They arrived on time, had the parts I needed (actually an available variant of the part, as my specific part was not available). My washer was up and running in short order, and they saved me a few bucks in the process. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with my refrigerator and **** came out and fixed it for me! **** was on time, professional, fixed the problem, explained to me what I can do to fix it next time, and fixed another problem that he found while fixing the one I knew about.

This company is TRASH! I called this company because I was looking for someone to fix the compressor on our ice machine. When I called to have someone come out, I talked to the young lady at the front desk and let her know that I need my compressor checked on my ice machine. She told me she will have someone out on site within the next few hours and that she will need my credit card information on file. I gave her the information and she told me that there will be a service fee of $130 just for the tecnician to come out and give a quote that will be then deducted if I get the labor done by them. I agreed. A few hours later the technician came out and looked at my ice machine for less than a minute and said "Oh we dont fix compressors" and had the nerve to want payment. I refused payment because they could have told me that they did not fix compressors over the phone. The technician left out and they still cahrged my card since I gave it to the receptionist. Now Im stuck with this $130 charge with no reciept, no work order or anything. I called to speak to a manager everyday since and the receptionist says they are out of the office and that they will call me back. It has been a month and I still havent heard anything. Seems like they are dodginng me. This company is a SCAM!

?? The Team at Reliable were great. Our fridge went out and we tried seven other companies and the earliest they could see us was in a week. ***** came out the next day. Problem was diagnosed and part ordered. Back in two business days and all fixed! For both appointments our tech ***** arrived in the time promised and was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you need a repair
