My dog was diagnosed as he has an obstruction in his large intestine, I was directed to go to to the Ironhorse vet care hospital by a vet called Dr *** in Alisal pet clinic, I went there with my &.5 years old Golden retriever dog, ****** is the name of my precious boy. At the hospital met *************** and another receptionist who said it is an easy surgery but it will cost $9500. They refused to take ****** unless I pay half of the amount which I did not have. They gave me an application for care credit to fill. I was able to take a credit of $2900 that they took . I also called my husband to take another $1400 to let them agree to exam-in Caesar for surgery. They told me then that my boy is strong and good and the surgery will be done and I can take him same day, They called after 4 hours telling me that ****** did great and I can take him next day. I was out of town in business so I sent my daughter to pick him up, **** told me that he looks tired and she asked them if there is antibiotics , they said no he should take only pain killer. After a day my daughter kept calling them that the scar looked weird and ****** started to drip , they told her it is normal. I came home found the scar is big and his tummy is wide open I staRTED CALLING THEM EVERY 15 MINUTES AND EMAILING THEM PHOTOS. they were very cold until I took him and drove there where they said oh he. should have another simple surgery to close his tummy. They asked for another $6000 to take him in. I started to cry and scream that they should help him first. They kept delegating and gave me a contact no for an organisation to help me to pay the bill which all of a sudden decreased to be $3000. Of course I could not reach any one but I gave them all my Credit cards and they can pull any money but I begged that they take ****** in to stop this bleeding. They pulled $1500 all in my cards. After another 5 hours they said he is doing well. Next day they asked if they can keep him under exam.
