I stayed at the Holiday Inn, ******-Pleasonton, room 105. Next door in 103 there was a very large family consisting of a man, a woman, five children, a barking dog and cat. Our rooms had a patio door that faced a patio atrium. The family was there throughout my stay. Because they left their patio door and drapes open, anyone in close proximity could see in and it looked like like a homeless encampment/shelter. On the last evening of my stay the kids were playing on the patio yelling at the top of their lungs well after 8pm. The mom and a teenager were chain smoking pacing and present but not supervising their children who were running amuck. I called the fron desk at 8pm and they informed me that quit hour begins at 10pm. However, the female attendant could hear the noise over the phone and was surprised at how loud it was and said she would have security address it.It wasn't until 9pm that this conduct was addressed. This is what I would expect at a Motel 6 but not a Holiday Inn and it's important that management be aware so that this is an isolated incident. Otherwise, why would anyone choose a Holiday Inn when they can stay at a Motel 6 and pocket the savings.

Additional Charges after full Payment.I signed a contract a to have my 60th Birthday Party at the Holiday Inn/****** on September 25th. I paid my deposit with a Credit Card on approximately 4/29/21 $600 In September I contacted ********************* to discuss final count and any last minute details. And final payment. She advised me my balance was $3880 I advised *****, I'm sending a cashier check she advised I have to pay balance by September 23rd to close out books for accounting. So I drove 2 hours to pay on September 18th my birthday. Because I advised I'm purchasing a home and have to keep large balances off cards. My event started at 5pm. At 3pm she calls my room where I'm getting mine and my adult special needs daughter ready. I quote her on room line" I made a mistake and l left off taxes even though I told you this was final **** when paid. I was so upset I advised her I can't talk you can't call me said I owe $600. They created Bill's 28th of September. There isn't enough space.

The guest who opened the complaint booked part of our ballroom for her birthday party. As we were collecting the payment for the event, we realized that the total that the guest paid was not including the taxes. The sales manager who assisted in booking this event called and told the guest there was a remaining balance of the taxes. The guest agreed to come and pay when she was done getting dressed for her party. She did not come and take care of the balance of the event due. We provided a complimentary night in one of the sleeping rooms that she was staying in, provided her a larger event space with no additional fee (because we had it available) and did not charge anything additional to her cards. I (Director of Sales) reached out kindly via email and asked guest to provide a form of payment for the remaining balance of taxes, guest stated she was on vacation and would take care of the balance when she returned on 10/8/2021 and asked for no further communication until then. I sent her receipts and final invoices specifying what was charged and what was due, so I have been waiting until the 8th to hear back from the client to receive taxes owed for her event.

These people has charged my WF Card $475.00 10/13/21 How is this Legal? So they have now charged 3 cards unauthorized. I've contacted each Bank showed them the emails dated beginning September 28th. I have not been back
nor will I ever go back. I wouldn't agree on the phone to 600 to 700 dollars without seeing explanations. I'm not stupid. No! They created a **** September 28th and admitted in email my cards being charged after the fact. ILLEGAL TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL AND CRIMINAL.
