On 10/29/2022 I was contacted by************* regarding an alarm system installation for my home that i had inquired about. He sent me contracts to sign after verbally agreeing to the offer he offered me. He sent out his tech ******* to install the alarm system on Sunday Oct 30, 2022. My home had a***** camera installed already that needed to be properly removed before installing the alarm system from *** that I agreed to. His tech ******* yanked and pulled out the nest camera carelessly causing it to break. Prior to doing this, ******* never consulted with Me or asked me about the nest cameras removal. He verbally spoke to my husband and my husband's words were, "The camera doesn't have good quality image" but he never said it didn't work and gave him an okay to just break it. He took it upon himself to do this. I texted *******, the tech, in regards to this matter as soon as he left when I found out he broke it. He apologized and said he would replace it but has failed to deliver. I spoke to*************, his boss, to tell him about the incident and he told me if ******* said he is going to replace it then it's coming out of his check. *** called me and his tech on a 3 way call, the agreement was he was going to take care of it and hasn't done so. I texted**** Nov 16th again to ask about the replacement or repair of the camera and have not received a response from either ******* or****. I did send************* a video from the nest camera recordings the day his tech removed the camera and just broke it because ******* tried to say the camera didn't work. I sent this video to him to show him the camera did work and nothing was wrong with it.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/12/12) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I spoke to**** and my complaint has been satisfied. He arranged and shipped out a camera right away and sent me proof of shipping. There was a misunderstanding of the situation Thank you.
