      If I could give this place no stars I would. I called last week and left a message and no one called me back. I called Friday and spoke to Manual. I told him I was driving all the way from Roseville and wanted to drive up Saturday morning to buy a Pacifica Hybrid. He told me to pick out which color I wanted because he didn't have any technicians working on the weekends, so he would get it all ready and prepped for me that evening. Then I text Manual shortly afterwards asking is they're doing trade-ins, and he said no. We decided to go out of our way to sell our vehicle private party, and still come up to purchase the vehicle. Saturday morning we get there around 11, and Manual had the Pacifica all cleaned up ready for us to test drive it. We test drove it and everything was fine. He had customers and recommended we grab lunch and he would call us once he was done with his current customers. Manual calls us an hour and a half later to tell us that we can't take the vehicle home today because there is a recall on it. He said he could do the paperwork, but we would have to come back some time next week to pick it up. We told him we don't have that kind of time to drive another 4 hours to pick it up. My husband got the day off today so we could get it today. We drove back to the dealership to talk to Jim Manning and he was making up every excuse in the book why it wasn't his or Manuals fault. Jim said he was the one who grabbed the vehicle for us last night to get the inspection done and detail. They have sold many of these the last two weeks, they clearly knew, and they didn't bother calling or texting us. They wouldn't do anything to accommodate odate our time, and Jim told us to have a good day and walked away. Very unprofessional, and also, if there is a safety recall on the vehicle like they claim, then it is a major violation of federal law for us to test drive it. They put me and my husbands life in danger for a vehicle they didn't intend to sell us today, what sense does that make?

      I requested an appointment 2 weeks in advance for my Dodge Ram truck to have my sunroof seals replaced. The complete seal kit was purchased from Jim M****** Dodge 4 weeks in advance of my appointment which was on Monday May 3. The situation was discussed in depth with their service manager in advance of the appointment. I was given a quote for $300 and their paperwork clearly states that labor is based upon the job to be completed, not the actual hours worked by the mechanic. I made the service manager aware that I was driving a rental vehicle, paid out of pocket ($1,000 to date), and he assured me that my truck would be ready by Thursday May 6th. They never made any effort to contact us, we were constantly having to call and leave messages for them asking for a progress report. Finally on Monday May 24th we sent a tow truck to take possession of my vehicle and transport it to a business that could actually do the requested service ($300 for tow truck). Jim M****** Dodge told us that the mechanic doing the work was now on vacation for the entire week so the earliest that someone would be able to work on it again would be June 1st. A tow truck was necessary because Jim M****** Dodge had broken the windshield which then had to be removed and they left the headliner soiled and torn. They had not removed or replaced any of the seals and forced me to pay $520 to Jim M****** Dodge before my vehicle could be removed from their property. During this time we had also contacted the business owner, James M******, and asked him to provide some oversight on the requested service. Mr. M****** and his service manager, Bob De Los Santos, seemed oblivious to basic customer service and obviously care very little about the quality of work they do.
